How can we achieve contentment and happiness in our lives? Do you think that you are living a lively life? The key to happiness is contentment and peace. When your soul is calm and serene, you eventually feel the nourishment in your soul provided by the serenity of your surroundings. The achievement of serenity and calmness is kind of a hectic task. We cannot achieve this overnight. It requires years of experience and self-control. All of these emotions eventually rely on how we see things. At the end of the day, it all depends on your mindset. Your mindset reflects your personality. It defines who you are. If you are a man with a strong mindset, you are going to find everything easy. I have already mentioned types of mindsets and their detailed description in my previous videos. The link is in the description below. Don’t forget to check out those videos. Why Mindset is Everything?

Everyone in this world has a certain set of beliefs about some things in their lives. For instance, there are two individuals with two different mindsets. One believes he can become rich while the other thinks it is almost impossible to become rich. Likewise, some people ponder that it is impossible to land on Mars while on the other hand, there are groups of individuals who deny this proposal. Nothing is impossible in this world; it is our brain that makes everything confined and restricted. The boundaries exist only in our minds. Many of you guys might be in the category of low self-esteem and low self-confidence. You may be thinking that it is not practically possible to go for impossible things. Everything seems impossible until it is done.

No matter what, people grow. If you choose not to grow, you’re staying in a small box with a small mindset. People who win go outside of that box. It’s very simple when you look at it.

Kevin Hart

People have this misconception that we are born this way. A person with a high intelligence quotient will remain like that for the rest of his life. However, this is just a false belief. Growth and improvement is a perpetual phase. We learn from mistakes and we grow. We cannot learn if we don’t make mistakes. Mistakes broaden your spectrum to view possibilities. They enlighten you with the camouflaged opportunities. The right mindset is the ultimate achievement in one’s life. Not everyone can have that skill. You have to earn it.

Why Mindset is So Powerful?

Mindset is the weapon that shapes your thoughts and beliefs and determines how you view scenarios and challenges. If you have a strong mindset, you are most likely to view the positives of every situation. A person having a constant fear of failure is most likely to dig himself into the problems. You attract what you think. If you think of getting the fruits then you will attract those. If you constantly dwell on negative aspects, you’re going to attract those.

People with a growth mindset believe that they can improve with effort. They outperform those with a fixed mindset, even when they have a lower IQ, because they embrace challenges, treating them as opportunities to learn something new.

Travis Bradberry

A person with a resilient mindset never fears failure.  A failure is like an opportunity for them to explore new possibilities and scenarios.  The number of failures strengthens their idea and line of thinking. The attitude of welcoming failures and hardships is positive. There is a dire need to develop this constructive attitude. We fail, we try, and we come back even stronger. Mistakes not only strengthen your abilities but also polish your character. Failures are part of your strong character’s construction. They aid in constructing your ultimate lethal personality. How does motivation play a role in developing the beast mindset?

The positive role played by the strong mindset by fluting positive thoughts into the mind is a tool that plays a vital role in motivation.  A growth mindset develops a problem-solving skill that is direly needed in today’s era. A growth mindset is constantly being polished and all of its characters are constantly being built. A person having a growth mindset does not perceive any difficult task as an impossible one. He deeply does the critical analysis and analyzes what can be the possible benefits and risks associated with it. What can we learn from it? How can it affect our mindsets and personalities? He considers all the possible scenarios and utilizes his problem-solving skills to solve them.

Mindset influences many other traits of an individual. A person having a strong mindset will always be willing to learn from others. He will always put his ego aside and try to achieve the ultimate goal of his business. He is never ashamed to learn from his mistakes. He can solve the dispute among individuals with his constructive behaviour.

Turning pro is a mindset. If we are struggling with fear, self-sabotage, procrastination, self-doubt, etc., the problem is, that we’re thinking like amateurs. Amateurs don’t show up. Amateurs crap out. Amateurs let adversity defeat them. The pro thinks differently. He shows up, he does his work, and he keeps on truckin’, no matter what.

Steven Pressfield

Concluding the whole video, the quality of a person is determined by his mindset. A strong midget refers to a high-quality individual whereas a weak mindset depicts a mid-quality individual.  Now, it is up to you which category you want to fall into. I hope you guys enjoy this video. Stay tuned for more interesting content.

Everyone has different perceptions of success. There can be various forms of success like financial stability, career advancement, personal growth or even simple happiness. Even mere happiness can be a form of success for some people.  Your mindset is the main thing that plays an integral role in determining your success. Mindset is the game changer here. Have you ever tried evaluating yourself?  What kind of mindset do you guys possess? Let me know in the comment section about your point of view.

What is a mindset? mindset is a set of beliefs and regulations that shape your thoughts. It helps you remain tracked and makes things easier to achieve. The type of mindset a person beholds eventually determines his goals and objectives. There are two types of mindsets fixed mindset and growth mindset. Before we move into it remember to like, share and subscribe to our channel consultant mindset.

A fixed mindset is a term that we use for a rigid brain. A rigid brain means that a person thinks that he is born this way and has fixed talents, intelligence and skills. There is no room for growth in that mindset. Being stuck to such traits makes you give up easily.

“As you begin to understand the fixed and growth mindsets, you will see exactly how one thing leads to another—how a belief that your qualities are carved in stone leads to a host of thoughts and actions, and how a belief that your qualities can be cultivated leads to a host of different thoughts and actions, taking you down an entirely different road.”

– Carol Dweck

A fixed mindset leads to fear of failure and mistakes. The extreme fear of failure makes you fall into various mental illnesses. Stress, anxiety, and depression have been inflicted upon such people due to this sloth mindset.

In comparison to a fixed mindset, there is a growth mindset. A growth mindset means always levelling up. The people who possess such a mindset have the belief on this thought that they can never fail to succeed. They embrace their failures and try to achieve their goals. The idea of having an unchanging IQ level has never been an option for them. They always go for improvements. They opt for hard work and instil their efforts to convert the impossible into possible.

Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.

Pele

There is always room for growth. We can always work on ourselves to be a better person than before. The point is to realise the fact that the competition is between you and your former self. The kids who have a perpetually growing mindset have this belief that they can yield results out of any difficult task.  There was an experiment conducted which had a group of 4-year-old kids. They were asked to choose between an easy task and a difficult one. Those who chose the easy task had a fixed mindset. They wanted to validate their success and wanted to achieve the title of success in their life. They had a predetermined mindset. The kids who chose the difficult task had a growth mindset. They proved that whether there are hardships and failures we will learn from them and will emerge stronger than before. Kids with fixed mindsets go for easy tasks to prove their validation. They learn nothing novel from it. They just keep sticking to the same thing.

How Mindset Affects Success?

Mindset affects the level of your motivation. The growth mindset tricks you into believing that you can always grow and can always work on your personal growth.

When you look at people who are successful, you will find that they aren’t the people who are motivated but have consistency in their motivation.

Arsene Wenger

A growth mindset always enables you to learn, seek and acquire innovations. A person who has a growth mindset likely to go for new opportunities and challenges.  A fixed mindset makes you feel demotivated and keeps you stuck in the current situation.

Mindset affects your resilience. Resilience is the power to hold back and face challenges through thick and thin. When you have a growth mindset, you choose optimism. Your actions become the reflection of your optimistic approach. You don’t see failure as a negative approach instead the strong mindset lets you see it as a positive approach and learn from them.

How Can You Develop a Growth Mindset?

Embrace challenges

Never avoid challenges. Take the challenges as novel opportunities to shape your thoughts. This way you can explore yourself and establish new ways to conquer life.

Learn from Failure

Failure teaches you novel endeavours. It teaches you how can you have a positive outlook on the malpractices of your life. Failure makes you a stronger human than before.

Focus On Positives

It is highly recommended to focus on the good things in your life instead of dwelling on the negative aspects.

Celebrate progress

To keep the consistency in motivation, celebrate your progress and become cheerful about what you have achieved.
