The thing is nothing is impossible in this world. How do you feel when you hear this word? You must feel defeated and demotivated after hearing this word. This word is quite heavy and put a lot of pressure on the human mind. It makes us believe that nothing is easier to achieve and we have to go through a lot of hardships to achieve them. Boundaries exist merely in the minds of humans. However, there is no such as an impossible thing to exist in this world.

Why do our goals seem impossible to achieve?

There are many substantial risks due to which we feel that our tasks are unattainable. Some of them are;

You are not sure about your goals. You are not clear about what you exactly want in your life. Whenever a person does not have a clear mindset about his goals he faces difficulties and hardships in achieving goals. Having a clear mindset and a trajectory is important in giving you directions. When you have everything decided at your end it becomes easier for you to organize your thoughts. Organized thoughts lead you towards a successful mindset. Many of us lack self-esteem and self-confidence. Due to a lack of these important traits, we often fail to achieve our goals and tasks. We doubt our skills and we think that we may never be able to achieve our goals. In the end, it does not matter how easier our goals are. the lesser your self-confidence; the more difficult it becomes to achieve them.

The feeling of constant self-doubts that I won’t be able to achieve that particular task leads you to a lack of self-esteem. Which eventually leads you to encounter failures.  Always go for realistic goals. Many times people set unrealistic and tough goals to achieve that is not even practically reachable by human beings. For example, if a person aims at losing 1o kgs weight in 1 week then it is not practically possible to achieve. Go for the goals that are easily achievable by a normal human.

Create a detailed plan of your goals

Whenever a builder construct before that he makes a map of the whole building. He constructs the structure of the building and then does the practical implementation of constructing the building. Likewise, the implementation of our goals needs a structured organization. We should break the whole procedure of goals into smaller steps.  Whenever we start to head towards our goal we may feel scared and feel it is impossible to achieve but once we get the simplified detailed explanation of how are we supposed to go. Our journey becomes easy.

Masses have this misconception when they fail to achieve their goals just because of their lackings. They start to blame the nature of the tasks. They will just say things like that it was just impossible to achieve. Leaving everything behind and making themselves demotivated do not let them move forward. There is no doubt in it that we all have great dreams and want to achieve them. But some people begin to face challenges and hardships in fulfilling their dreams. We may face them at every point in our lives. Self-doubt is something that slowly poisons your elf esteem. It extracts your ability to achieve anything. It makes you think that you are not capable of doing anything. Having such thoughts make you vulnerable to failure and low self-esteem. Why would you overthink every step of the process? Why can’t we just trust the process and go with the flow?

Our body is mainly controlled by our brains. What do we want to do? What do we want to achieve in our life? All of such questions are controlled by our brains. Your body listens to the command of your brain. In short, it’s all about the mindsets. In the end, the thing that matters is how strong your mindset is. Your body mimics the action of the brain. If you feel sad, your body starts releasing some hormones that will make you feel sorrowful. Whenever you are happy and excited, you feel an enormous adrenaline rush that makes you feel happy. That is how the brain and body work in coordination. If your mindset is all about self-doubts and low self-esteem, then you never gonna achieve anything in your life. You have to change your mindset. Thinking that you won’t be able to face this hardship and difficulty will eventually make you not face it. If you have confidence in yourself, you can even conquer the world. Successful people have the strongest mindsets. You should always lift yourself by saying if they can do it then why not me? 

How is self-doubt worse than failure?

It is definitely because of this fact that whenever we fail we know we have given it a try. We have even prepared ourselves to go towards our goal. But when we have self-doubts we are less likely to achieve anything. Having self-doubts means that you don’t have tried even to head towards your dreams. You are just sitting there doing nothing. Overthinking the useless stuff that I can’t do it. Many low self-esteemed people have this illness that they don’t even give a try. For example, if I assign them a difficult, they will just quit before even trying. Being scared of the outcomes and failures, they will just give up. 

However, failures teach us many things. They make us formidable enough to combat the self-doubts and low self-confidence. They make us rise stronger even. I don’t get over the fact that why people are afraid of failure. Most successful people have achieved things after facing tons of failures.  Like Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg and many more prominent personalities. They got success after defeating tons of failures. 

Whenever we are doing something big the doubting process is normal to occur. We may face self-doubts and feelings of low accomplishment but the focus is not to let this fear stop us. You may feel anxious; you may feel stressed out; you may feel afraid and frightened. All of these emotions are normal and are the body’s responses to a stressed-out condition. The only thing that has to be understood is to never let these emotions stop you from achieving your goals. Doubting one’s ability is quite normal but running away from them isn’t. You should have the courage to deal with those self-doubts. 

How can we Answer those Self-Doubts?

The best possible way to answer those self-doubts is to face them. Head towards those goals that are making you doubt your abilities. Just give those goals a wild answer by achieving them. That these goals are not enough to validate my skills and aptitudes. Often we doubt our personalities mainly because of our past experiences but we should not let our past ruin our future. The beauty of sunshine illuminating the whole planet is matchless. Likewise, success acts as a light in the ocean of failures. making you feel a sense of accomplishment and victory. Failures play a role in the establishment as long as they are considered a part of success. If they are considered as an endpoint, then one is unable to prevail through the journey of success.

The most important step in believing in yourself is to first realize your abilities. What have you got? And then rest your beliefs in those aptitudes. Explore your true abilities and make a change. When you get to know about your potential, the next step is to believe in them. The initial step will be difficult but as soon as you start you will make through it. Exploring oneself is necessary. Firstly explore what you want in your life? Then build yourself to achieve them.

They are just spending their lives in constant struggles. They are spending their lives doing the bare minimum. They aren’t aware of their purpose in life. Many people have come across this thought quite a several times now. If you think like this then you are not alone in this situation. It is completely normal.

First off first, it is necessary to determine the correct definition of a meaningful life. Every individual has his perspective. They perceive life in their way. Not all of us have the same motto for life. A meaningful life is a construct of coherence, happiness and satisfaction. There can be different ways of a meaningful life. Every individual has his passion. Some want to excel in their academic career whereas some want to pursue in their jobs or businesses. A meaningful life refers to how are we going to spend our life. Either we spend it doing things of our passion or spend it wasting time on other garbage.

Life becomes meaningful when it has a purpose. When we become destined to achieve certain goals in our lives, life gets directed eventually. Having goals and purpose and striving for them day and night lets us put some major efforts to strive through the situation.  Finding meaning in one’s life is a personal journey. It requires some time but gradually streamlines you towards a meaningful life. Where you enjoy doing your thing instead of dragging it. A meaningful isn’t related to a successful life. If you’re having a satisfied mindset, you feel happy and contented and you’re good to go. People have this misconception that a happy life is somehow related to a meaningful life. You can be successful and live a meaningless life at the same time. For example, a person who is earning less but is doing a job of his interest is better than a person who’s a business tycoon and isn’t passionate about his work. It’s good to have less earnings with a passionate job.

Develop a passion or find your passion 

Anyone has some passion in their lives. While some are just living a trash life doing nothing at all. how can we determine our passion? Well, certain things in our lives make us feel happier and contented. It can either be some art or business etc. we just have to find that happiness and satisfaction. Develop relationships 

Sometimes we develop such relationships in our lives to whom we become willing to devote our entire lives. There should be the existence of such people in our lives. We love seeing those people. Our unfinished love for them makes us do anything for them. We cannot imagine our lives without them. We try to live for them. We try to focus on ourselves for them. It is necessary to find some meaningful people in our lives that will let us move forward always. Life is like the ride of a camel stranded in a desert striving barely under the dazzling rays of the sun. if we want to keep going, stay connected to ones who never care to back off. These cognitive issues are those that are never taken into account. We do not consider them a disease. In fact, the literal meaning of disease tells us the feeling of being in an uncomfortable situation. If you are feeling bizarre, anxious, or agitated then you should pay attention to such feelings as well. We only pay attention to infectious diseases. Psychological issues are something that should be treated as well. Many suicide cases are happening these days due to mental health issues. I will state some reasons why people encounter mental health issues and their solutions in this video. Let us get straight into this video without wasting much time. Causes of mental health issues 

  • Childhood trauma or abuse

According to science, there is some genetic basis for mental problems as well. For example, the mental disorder schizophrenia is most likely to be passed on to the next generation because it has a genetic basis. Other psychological disorders like autism, bipolar disorders and depression run in the family as well. Diseases with a genetic basis can never be cured 100% but they can be managed with proper treatments and prevention. Mental health issues can arise from various traumas and incidents in life. Consider a kid facing traumatic incidents in childhood like parental abuse or bullying in school. These traumas will continue to grow with him/her till he/she gets old enough to overcome them.  Even if they overcome such traumas a piece of them becomes part of their brain and can never be unremembered.

Bereavement 

It is something that can arise from losing loved ones in your life. It is the deprivation of your beloved and precious people. People who tend to lose their loved ones unexpectedly or unexpectedly in their lives can have major impacts on their mental states. Just as consider an example in 2016 a native school in Pakistan became under terrorist attack. And many youngsters were martyred in that incident. That incident left long-lasting damage to their parents’ brains. Their children left for education but they never came back. This will become a trauma for other parents as well eventually. Traumas lead to depression, agitation, and anxiety.

Homelessness or unemployment

Constant worries about these situations lead to psychological issues. And our psychology is related to our physical health as well.

Solutions to mental issues

As I mentioned earlier, mental disorders that have a genetic basis and run in families cannot be treated. But their symptoms can be managed by proper steps.

  • Look after your physical health 

Our brain and body are connected. Our body works in coordination. There are proper signaling pathways in the body that are being done by the glands and hormone production. Such as whenever you are happy the happy hormone called oxytocin is produced. Whenever you are stressed out, stress hormone adrenaline is produced. It concludes how well our body is coordinated in its actions. It is essential to take care of your physical health so that you remain mentally healthy. Getting enough sleep prevents you from mood swings. Eating healthy food instead of junk helps the release of happy chemicals in the body. 

  • Nourish your social life

Try to stay connected with your peers and family. It will help you engage your thoughts. It helps in feeling confident about yourself. Boosting morale and self-esteem is also a major step in lifting your anxious thoughts. Connection with peers helps you in a way that you feel protected by their support. You do not feel lonely and stressed out. You always think that they got their back so there is nothing to worry about.

  • Medications and therapies

According to doctors many medications and therapies are available that can help you in overcoming mental disorders. Therapies like CBT(cognitive behavioural therapy) help you in dealing with behavioural problems. Antidepressant pills and many stress-reducing pills are recommended by psychiatrists to control mental health issues.

Use multiple resources 

When we use a single source for our work then it gets plagiarised automatically. Because our thoughts become restricted after reading that particular article or novel or anything. We can read a variety of articles to get more knowledge about our specific topic. It not only helps in gaining more ideas but also diversifies our dimensions of thinking. We can initiate new ideas by reading different things. Do not restrict your reading to articles or technology only. Go to social gatherings as well and watch some television shows. All these sources can help you gather ideas. If not help you in getting new ideas they still can flute a new way of thinking in your mind. You can just create new things by using your brain. 

Think outside the box

You can just extract the main idea of the original creator. For example for the artists if you like a painting of a specific artist then you can just squeeze the storyline of it and can use different color palettes to recreate your look. For a makeup artist if the look inspired is a glam look then a makeup artist can do it by changing colors and following the same foundation of the original creator. As for a youtube video content creator if the inspiring topic is a charity then you can go with the same storyline foundation and can build your idea on it. You can just rebuild it by instilling your thoughts and ideas. This is how you can just manage to recreate your ideas without getting any copyright claims.

Everything is a copy of a copy 

This thought goes like that your ideas and thoughts are a combination of whatever you watch daily. You just never realize it. But those ideas are always the result of your designs being built up in the back of your consciousness. Everything you watch on Instagram, Facebook, and any other social media apps emerges as your ideas. Those ideas can contradict somehow due to lots of combinations in your head. But those thoughts and ideas occur as amalgamated ideas. So it is said that everything is a copy of a copy.

In concluding my whole discussion I must say that there is no wrong in getting inspired by someone’s work. The problem lies where you start copying it without their consent. It is better to use legal ways to do it. Even if you never have ill intentions to do so. But still, that is not the right way.
