All of us want to have some desirable things in our lives. Some want lush lifestyles while some are striving for a better future for their kids. You guys must have some destined goals as well. If yes, then let’s shed some light on them in the comments section. Some of us have bigger dreams while some of us are striving for some small miniature dreams. But still, they are dreams and we should never back off from achieving them.

The thing is nothing is impossible in this world. How do you feel when you hear this word? You must feel defeated and demotivated after hearing this word. This word is quite heavy and put a lot of pressure on the human mind. It makes us believe that nothing is easier to achieve and we have to go through a lot of hardships to achieve them. Boundaries exist merely in the minds of humans. However, there is no such as an impossible thing to exist in this world.

Why do our goals seem impossible to achieve?

There are many substantial risks due to which we feel that our tasks are unattainable. Some of them are;

You are not sure about your goals. You are not clear about what you exactly want in your life. Whenever a person does not have a clear mindset about his goals he faces difficulties and hardships in achieving goals. Having a clear mindset and a trajectory is important in giving you directions. When you have everything decided at your end it becomes easier for you to organize your thoughts. Organized thoughts lead you towards a successful mindset. Many of us lack self-esteem and self-confidence. Due to a lack of these important traits, we often fail to achieve our goals and tasks. We doubt our skills and we think that we may never be able to achieve our goals. In the end, it does not matter how easier our goals are. the lesser your self-confidence; the more difficult it becomes to achieve them.

The feeling of constant self-doubts that I won’t be able to achieve that particular task leads you to a lack of self-esteem. Which eventually leads you to encounter failures.  Always go for realistic goals. Many times people set unrealistic and tough goals to achieve that is not even practically reachable by human beings. For example, if a person aims at losing 1o kgs weight in 1 week then it is not practically possible to achieve. Go for the goals that are easily achievable by a normal human.

How can we achieve impossible goals?

Create a detailed plan of your goals

Whenever a builder construct before that he makes a map of the whole building. He constructs the structure of the building and then does the practical implementation of constructing the building. Likewise, the implementation of our goals needs a structured organization. We should break the whole procedure of goals into smaller steps.  Whenever we start to head towards our goal we may feel scared and feel it is impossible to achieve but once we get the simplified detailed explanation of how are we supposed to go. Our journey becomes easy.

Consistency is a key to success

Masses have this misconception when they fail to achieve their goals just because of their lackings. They start to blame the nature of the tasks. They will just say things like that it was just impossible to achieve. Leaving everything behind and making themselves demotivated do not let them move forward. Consistency is something that you should withhold to yourself no matter how many times you fall. No matter how many difficulties and hardships you face. When you start to keep up with the consistent work, you start to see the consequences eventually. 

Learn and Adapt

Do you learn from your mistakes? We have this mechanism continuously going on called evolution. We evolve to become a better version of ourselves. And how does the evolution take place? Evolution takes place when we learn from our past mistakes and becomes a better version of ourselves. Never stop learning. Learning is something that always keeps on adding something novel to your knowledge. It lets you cover those loopholes in your personality that you lack mostly in achieving your goals.

So many of our dreams at first seem impossible, then they seem improbable, and then, when we summon the will, they soon become inevitable.

All of us love parties and celebrations. How do you often treat yourself? Do you treat yourself whenever you achieve even the smallest of your task? Everyone has their dreams which they want to achieve in life. But not everyone strives for their dreams. Everyone needs help to achieve their dreams. Many people do not go for their dreams because they are scared of the outcomes. They always feel themselves not capable enough to achieve goals in their lives. Dreams are often fulfilled when you strive for them with full enthusiasm and determination. 

How can we pursue our dreams?

First off first it is necessary to have a dream. Some people are directionless in their lives. They don’t have a trajectory to follow. They just go with the flow and they won’t even try to reach that certain point. Being afraid of the outcome becomes the biggest hurdle in the achievement of your goals. We never get this fact that life is all about challenges and we have to go through them every single day. People who have an easier life never grow. They are mostly stagnant at one point in their lives. To go forward it is necessary to face hurdles and obstacles in life.  Why won’t you try challenging yourself? Whenever you challenge yourself to achieve something you become more prone to attain your goals. Things become interesting whenever you try to take them as a challenge. There is a famous saying that “ every journey begins with a single step” it is necessary to take a step. It is quite important to jump into the crowd. How can you predict the outcome when you have never even jumped into the race? Putting yourself into that position is necessary to realise the importance of winning the race. Life is not fun until you face some challenges and hurdles. In this era, only those people are winners who have faced hardships and hurdles. They have emerged as the strongest human beings. Believe in yourself 

Believing in yourself is one heck of a task. All of the challenges and hardships we face in our lives have to be handled with proper care. This is the bitter reality of this world that we have to face things by ourselves. None will come to save us in our hardships. We have to encounter our problems. And facing these problems will make us even more formidable and steadfast. Many people tend not to believe in themselves. They think that they cannot achieve anything in their life. Why do they think like that? It is just because they have low self-esteem and self-confidence. They think they do not have the potential to succeed in life. They just envy other people and their successes. If you are still unaware of your dreams, start making ones. Ask yourself this question. What do I want in my life?

Make Sacrifices 

For long-term happiness and contentment, we have to make the hardest choices. We have to do sacrifices to attain our goals and dreams. Our sacrifices and hardest choices act as a fuel to our success. They ignite our passion to achieve our goals. You have to give up your family time, your spare time, and quality time with friends as well. To achieve long-term happiness, you have to struggle for such things.

When you take the difficult pathway, you may feel scared and lonely at first. But after going through trials and tribulations a person becomes consistent enough to face the hardships. Fear of taking risks, and fear of failing things emerge as hurdles in the pathway of being a warrior and a fighter. For achieving dreams, it is necessary to become a fighter. Fighting your fears is important in achieving your dreams. Surround yourself with those people who always make you feel motivated and encouraged. Such people are real gems to ever exist in someone’s life. Such people stand with you in your hour of need. They won’t leave your side even when you are falling apart. So it is a blessing to have such masses in your life.

Bring Positivity to Your Life

Always speak positively about your dreams. This will release the sense of contentment in your brain that you should speak positively about your things. By speaking positively about your dreams, you indirectly motivate yourself to achieve your goals. The biggest motivation for you comes from within yourself. You are your biggest supporter. These cognitive issues are those that are never taken into account. We do not consider them a disease. In fact, the literal meaning of disease tells us the feeling of being in an uncomfortable situation. If you are feeling bizarre, anxious, or agitated then you should pay attention to such feelings as well. We only pay attention to infectious diseases. Psychological issues are something that should be treated as well. Many suicide cases are happening these days due to mental health issues. I will state some reasons why people encounter mental health issues and their solutions in this video. Let us get straight into this video without wasting much time. Causes of mental health issues 

  • Childhood trauma or abuse

According to science, there is some genetic basis for mental problems as well. For example, the mental disorder schizophrenia is most likely to be passed on to the next generation because it has a genetic basis. Other psychological disorders like autism, bipolar disorders and depression run in the family as well. Diseases with a genetic basis can never be cured 100% but they can be managed with proper treatments and prevention. Mental health issues can arise from various traumas and incidents in life. Consider a kid facing traumatic incidents in childhood like parental abuse or bullying in school. These traumas will continue to grow with him/her till he/she gets old enough to overcome them.  Even if they overcome such traumas a piece of them becomes part of their brain and can never be unremembered.

Bereavement 

It is something that can arise from losing loved ones in your life. It is the deprivation of your beloved and precious people. People who tend to lose their loved ones unexpectedly or unexpectedly in their lives can have major impacts on their mental states. Just as consider an example in 2016 a native school in Pakistan became under terrorist attack. And many youngsters were martyred in that incident. That incident left long-lasting damage to their parents’ brains. Their children left for education but they never came back. This will become a trauma for other parents as well eventually. Traumas lead to depression, agitation, and anxiety.

Homelessness or unemployment 

Poverty is something that can turn your life upside down. Homelessness can cause you to worry more about your lifestyle issues. Hazrat Ali (A.S) “if poverty were a man; I would’ve slain him”. Homelessness and unemployment are related to each other. Unemployment results in poverty and stressed-out conditions. Consider if you are living on rent and suddenly you get fired from employment. Now you have no source of income. How are you going to overcome this problem? Employment is not something that would be given to you in no time. You have to strive for it. Constant worries about these situations lead to psychological issues. And our psychology is related to our physical health as well.

Solutions to mental issues

As I mentioned earlier, mental disorders that have a genetic basis and run in families cannot be treated. But their symptoms can be managed by proper steps.

  • Look after your physical health 

Our brain and body are connected. Our body works in coordination. There are proper signaling pathways in the body that are being done by the glands and hormone production. Such as whenever you are happy the happy hormone called oxytocin is produced. Whenever you are stressed out, stress hormone adrenaline is produced. It concludes how well our body is coordinated in its actions. It is essential to take care of your physical health so that you remain mentally healthy. Getting enough sleep prevents you from mood swings. Eating healthy food instead of junk helps the release of happy chemicals in the body. 

  • Nourish your social life

Try to stay connected with your peers and family. It will help you engage your thoughts. It helps in feeling confident about yourself. Boosting morale and self-esteem is also a major step in lifting your anxious thoughts. Connection with peers helps you in a way that you feel protected by their support. You do not feel lonely and stressed out. You always think that they got their back so there is nothing to worry about.

  • Medications and therapies

According to doctors many medications and therapies are available that can help you in overcoming mental disorders. Therapies like CBT(cognitive behavioural therapy) help you in dealing with behavioural problems. Antidepressant pills and many stress-reducing pills are recommended by psychiatrists to control mental health issues.

 In the end, I must say we should not overlook mental disorders by considering them just mood swings. Mental issues are a hot topic these days leading to suicidal thoughts and mental lacerations. We should consult therapists and psychiatrists for their treatment. Early signs should be taken into consideration and should get treated properly. That’s all for today’s video. It is human nature to compare him/her with others. This is not the right thing. It ultimately develops jealousy and destroys the character of a person. Surround yourself with positivity

This is one of the major reasons behind a morally boosted man. When you surround yourself with positive things it eventually instils cationic properties in person. We radiate what we absorb. People with short temper and anger issues are the result of a negative environment. It is proven from science as well that kids are more inclined to have a short temper when they are being put in an aggressive environment. They tend to adopt that atmosphere. And it influences their kids in a very bad way. It is just as if you think positively then you will attract positivity. But if you keep thinking about the negative scenarios then you will always end up attracting them. Think in such a way that even if something has gone bad then it does not matter. We always have another chance to prove ourselves. We always have that space to let people know about our capabilities. Regardless of the disappointment that occurs at first, we can keep going with a positive atmosphere. That always cheers us up. 

Face your fears 

Every man in this universe has some kind of fear. Some fear wild animals, some fear facing crowds and some have social anxiety.  These fears are the obstacles in the way of heading towards a self-confident boosted life. A man becomes scared of something whenever he feels like he cannot do it. To overcome these fears it is necessary to face those fears. For example, if you have fear of facing crowds or facing so many people. then you can overcome this by facing a small number of people at first. And then the number of people can go on increasing. by facing the crowds you can relieve your fear and can become self-confident enough. Boosting morale is essential for successful careers. For that, you have to start believing in yourself. Trusting yourself that you can do anything is a key to success. For achieving anything you have to trust yourself that nothing is impossible in this world.

Find gratitude 

Some people are thankless and never get thankful for what they have. They are always complaining about not having enough bounties in their lives. If we start searching for gratitude in small things we will be able to boost our morale more efficiently. There are some times in our lives when we start to feel unworthy and useless. We start to think that we are not capable enough for a specific task. We lose our morale and self-confidence. It is that time when we should start to realize the small bounties we have in our lives. However, being grateful in tough times is always the hardest task but it can be achieved by controlling your emotions. It will be hard at first but after some time it gets easier. Whenever you feel like you are falling apart and have difficulty combating the failures then start to focus on what you have achieved already. In this way, it will be better to shift your focus onto something better and more productive. You won’t be feeling empty and under confident anymore.
