Even mere happiness can be a form of success for some people.  Your mindset is the main thing that plays an integral role in determining your success. Mindset is the game changer here. What is a mindset? mindset is a set of beliefs and regulations that shape your thoughts. It helps you remain tracked and makes things easier to achieve. The type of mindset a person beholds eventually determines his goals and objectives. There are two types of mindsets fixed mindset and growth mindset. A fixed mindset is a term that we use for a rigid brain. A rigid brain means that a person thinks that he is born this way and has fixed talents, intelligence and skills. There is no room for growth in that mindset. Being stuck to such traits makes you give up easily.

A fixed mindset leads to fear of failure and mistakes. The extreme fear of failure makes you fall into various mental illnesses. Stress, anxiety, and depression have been inflicted upon such people due to this sloth mindset. 

In comparison to a fixed mindset, there is a growth mindset. A growth mindset means always levelling up. The people who possess such a mindset have the belief on this thought that they can never fail to succeed. They embrace their failures and try to achieve their goals. The idea of having an unchanging IQ level has never been an option for them. They always go for improvements. They opt for hard work and instil their efforts to convert the impossible into possible.

 Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.

There is always room for growth. We can always work on ourselves to be a better person than before. The point is to realise the fact that the competition is between you and your former self. The kids who have a perpetually growing mindset have this belief that they can yield results out of any difficult task.  There was an experiment conducted which had a group of 4-year-old kids. They were asked to choose between an easy task and a difficult one. Those who chose the easy task had a fixed mindset. They wanted to validate their success and wanted to achieve the title of success in their life. They had a predetermined mindset. The kids who chose the difficult task had a growth mindset. They proved that whether there are hardships and failures we will learn from them and will emerge stronger than before. Kids with fixed mindsets go for easy tasks to prove their validation. They learn nothing novel from it. They just keep sticking to the same thing. 

How Mindset Affects Success?

Mindset affects the level of your motivation. The growth mindset tricks you into believing that you can always grow and can always work on your personal growth.

Likewise, the implementation of our goals needs a structured organization. We should break the whole procedure of goals into smaller steps.  Whenever we start to head towards our goal we may feel scared and feel it is impossible to achieve but once we get the simplified detailed explanation of how are we supposed to go. Our journey becomes easy.

⁶, location and sometimes financial insecurity doesn’t let us achieve our goals. There are always ⁶66666666666666666 way of your passion and . And the exponential thing is to keep on going and ⁶666⁶⁷6666666666666⁶ those dreams regardless of any obstacle you may face in between these phases of difficulties. Everyone has their dreams which they want to achieve in life. But not everyone strives for their dreams. Everyone needs help to achieve their dreams. Many people do not go for their dreams because they are scared of the outcomes. They always feel themselves not capable enough to achieve goals in their lives. Dreams are often fulfilled when you strive for them with full enthusiasm and determination. 

How can we pursue our dreams?

First off first it is necessary to have a dream. Some people are directionless in their lives. They don’t have a trajectory to follow. They just go with the flow and they won’t even try to reach that certain point. Being afraid of the outcome becomes the biggest hurdle in the achievement of your goals. We never get this fact that life is all about challenges and we have to go through them every single day. People who have an easier life never grow. They are mostly stagnant at one point in their lives. To go forward it is necessary to face hurdles and obstacles in life.  Why won’t you try challenging yourself? Whenever you challenge yourself to achieve something you become more prone to attain your goals. Things become interesting whenever you try to take them as a challenge. There is a famous saying that “ every journey begins with a single step” it is necessary to take a step. It is quite important to jump into the crowd. How can you predict the outcome when you have never even jumped into the race? Putting yourself into that position is necessary to realise the importance of winning the race. Life is not fun until you face some challenges and hurdles. In this era, only those people are winners who have faced hardships and hurdles. They have emerged as the strongest human beings. To fulfill your dreams you have to take a step towards the journey.

In any estimation of your life, believing in yourself always comes first.

Believe in yourself 

Believing in yourself is one heck of a task. All of the challenges and hardships we face in our lives have to be handled with proper care. This is the bitter reality of this world that we have to face things by ourselves. None will come to save us in our hardships. We have to encounter our problems. And facing these problems will make us even more formidable and steadfast. Many people tend not to believe in themselves. They think that they cannot achieve anything in their life. Why do they think like that? It is just because they have low self-esteem and self-confidence. They think they do not have the potential to succeed in life. They just envy other people and their successes. If you are still unaware of your dreams, start making ones. Ask yourself this question. What do I want in my life?

Make Sacrifices 

For long-term happiness and contentment, we have to make the hardest choices. We have to do sacrifices to attain our goals and dreams. Our sacrifices and hardest choices act as a fuel to our success. They ignite our passion to achieve our goals. You have to give up your family time, your spare time, and quality time with friends as well. To achieve long-term happiness, you have to struggle for such things. 

Never Let Fear Get in Your Way

When you take the difficult pathway, you may feel scared and lonely at first. But after going through trials and tribulations a person becomes consistent enough to face the hardships. Fear of taking risks, and fear of failing things emerge as hurdles in the pathway of being a warrior and a fighter. For achieving dreams, it is necessary to become a fighter. Fighting your fears is important in achieving your dreams. Surround yourself with those people who always make you feel motivated and encouraged. Such people are real gems to ever exist in someone’s life. Such people stand with you in your hour of need. They won’t leave your side even when you are falling apart. So it is a blessing to have such masses in your life.

Bring Positivity to Your Life

Always speak positively about your dreams. This will release the sense of contentment in your brain that you should speak positively about your things. By speaking positively about your dreams, you indirectly motivate yourself to achieve your goals. The biggest motivation for you comes from within yourself. You are your biggest supporter. One should stay always motivated and courageous about his goals and dreams.

Respectful people accept their mistakes, then correct them. They learn from it.

You can not correct until you accept it.

Respectful people honor their commitments. If they said they are going to do something. They hold themself accountable.

Reputation is the only thing we have. Be a person of your word.

Take Yourself Seriously.

Respectful people take them seriously. They know their desire and goals and why these important to them. Achieving their desire and goals makes them respectful. they never stop at anything to attain them. They face challenges and obstacles to achieve what they want.

If you want to respect respected person. You have to taking yourself seriously, you can set a positive example for others and achieve success in all areas of your life.

Control Your Emotions.

Our emotions cloud our judgments. Respectful people always respond, they never react. The reaction comes from emotions. What we feel we react according to that. To respond, we have to take pause and think what needs to be done. How do we need to respond in such way that better results will come?

If you want to be a respectful person you need to control your emotions. Never react, always respond. Be decisive.

Influence

Most people drift through life.

They have no purpose, no direction, and zero intent. To create influence, first, you need to understand them. then you can lead them.

So, friends, these are 7 traits. Make the habit of never complaining, built unshakeable beliefs, accept your mistakes, and correct and learn from them. Hey guys welcome to consultant mindset. I hope you guys are doing great. Overthinking is quite common these days.  We tend to overthink every scenario. What does overthinking mean? Overthinking is when a person tends to ruminate over things repeatedly. The biggest assay mark of overthinking is that it is unproductive and it does not yield any good to your health. An overthinker often feels disrupted by even the smallest of criticism. He tends to pound his head upon that particular criticism. Overthinking does not let you do anything novel. Overthinking makes you stagnant in one place. Your skills and time get wasted eventually. Overthinking inflicts stress upon your mind as well. Constantly thinking about the same things all over again not only drains your mental health but also makes you feel frustrated. stress is good but everything is suitable in its limit. A small amount of stress lets you feel bounded to do a certain task. Whereas the extreme amount of stress disrupts your mental health. So you should know the difference between the amount of stress. Why overthinking is common these days? 

Overthinking can be provoked by different factors. Such as people having anxiety problems already may find it easier to develop overthinking habits. Whereas people suffering from depression and other mental issues may find it easy to develop overthinking as well. The fear of getting hurt by someone does not let them be at peace.

Overthinking is just unpaid permanent employment. although  It makes you feel agitated and sleepless yet, unavoidable. In short, it has become a necessary evil. Once you become addicted to it, there’s no way back. In today’s era, many people are already suffering from mental health issues so, it is quite easier to develop overthinking habits. 

There is a remedy to every problem. Let’s just find some easy ways to overcome this self-destructing habit.

How can we lessen overthinking?

Finding Distractions 

well, there’s just this popular saying that an empty mind is a devil’s workshop. Likewise, when we tend to stay inactive and useless, we become more prone to overthinking. We tend to ruminate over even the smallest of things. Instead of doing nothing, it is better to indulge yourself in other life activities where you can remain distracted. Distractions are quite necessary to keep yourself busy with productive things. For example, you can find those  things that interest you. Reading books, cooking, and playing video games or sport helps you stay away from unnecessary thoughts. Find those things and hobbies that make you feel more motivated and relieved. In this way, you will be away from overthinking for quite some sometime.

Try Helping Others

An overthinker always thinks that he is not good enough.  He always thinks bad stuff about himself and ruminates over such thoughts like “Maybe I’m not good enough”, ‘maybe they are offended by my words” etc. Always thinking negative things and not giving yourself some space is the biggest flaw of overthinking. Helping others is a way by which you can think good about yourself. You feel relieved that you are doing something good with your life. An overthinker needs constant reassurance and can get those by helping the needy. Helping others gives off a feeling of accomplishment and cheerfulness. Try doing it more often.

Recognise Your Accomplishments

If there is not anyone to lift you. Then you should become your hero. Constant reassurances hold significant importance in the life of an overthinker. If nobody recognises your accomplishment, then becomes your change. Take a notebook and write down your accomplishments on it. The accomplishments don’t need to be humongous. The smallest of success gives a feeling of calmness and serenity. For example, if this week you get to finish your all delayed tasks then it is an accomplishment. Write it down and praise yourself.

Try Taking Actions 

An overthinker develops his imaginary world. He tends to remain in that domain and avoids the rest of the world. He tends to give off answers to every question in his head only. He never actually wants to face the crowd. Try taking action instead of being stuck in one place. Being stagnant in one place makes you feel algal and rotten. The only one who can break the web of overthinking for you is you. None can do that for you. You have to work hard to bring change. If you have misunderstood the words of anyone then go ahead and ask them, Instead of banging your heads on the same stupid thoughts. Sort things out instead of holding them close to your heart. This way you will realise that nobody is interested in your life. It’s just you that thinks everyone matters. However, in the end, only you matter.

Embracing Fears

Instead of acting like a coward, reach out and face the situation. The feeling of fear is temporary if you face the fear. But it becomes permanent when you tend to avoid it. Build up the courage and embrace your fears. The strongest person is the one who doesn’t fear anything. Whereas weak mindsets always tend to fear something. So what are you waiting for? 

Let your fears out. And live life.
