your mindset and the ignition you get after a certain praise. We become what we
believe. If I think that I am a naive person who can never speak for his rights, then I
will forever remain like that. I will only be able to overcome that once I work on my
mindset. Our mindset defines who we are. Our perspectives and attitudes are
merely determined by the mindset we hold. So, having a positive and creative
mindset aids you establish a successful future.
Success is directly linked to our mindsets. Some people believe that their success is
merely because of luck. However, it isn’t true. Success is a doorway to new
experiences, new frameworks and new strategies. You become more aware of your
talents and skills. In this way, achieving new things becomes an absolutely fun task
for you. A person who has a growing mindset always goes for challenges and
hardships. He never fears any failure or defeat. He always welcomes troubles and
challenges. These challenges help him discover his critical thinking and his novel
talents. How do you train your mind to become successful? The first step is to make
yourself accept the fact it is okay to make mistakes. People who reprimand
themselves for making a mistake never get to improve their self. Give yourself
space and try to realize the fact that you are human and you tend to make mistakes.

positive attitude. The unbreakable attitude that always makes you keep
going and keep unleashing the true capabilities of your personality is an

is not considered an easy task in our society. Either people are jealous of you
or they are too shy to tell you how good you are doing it. According to a
recent study, employees that were not being praised by their higher-ups
had more odds of encountering coronary disease. The cost of devaluing
others might be bigger than expected. We just move our tongue and say the
thing without even realising that our words can demolish other person’s
health. If you find it hard to appreciate others, then it depicts that you are
too harsh on yourself as well. Try asking yourself some questions that ‘Am I
proud of myself?’ ‘am I a good human being?’

A fixed mindset is a term that we use for a rigid brain. A rigid brain means that a person thinks that he is born this way and has fixed talents, intelligence and skills. There is no room for growth in that mindset. Being stuck to such traits makes you give up easily.

A fixed mindset leads to fear of failure and mistakes. The extreme fear of failure makes you fall into various mental illnesses. Stress, anxiety, and depression have been inflicted upon such people due to this sloth mindset. 

In comparison to a fixed mindset, there is a growth mindset. A growth mindset means always levelling up. The people who possess such a mindset have the belief on this thought that they can never fail to succeed. They embrace their failures and try to achieve their goals. The idea of having an unchanging IQ level has never been an option for them. They always go for improvements. They opt for hard work and instil their efforts to convert the impossible into possible.

 Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.

The kids who have a perpetually growing mindset have this belief that they can yield results out of any difficult task.  There was an experiment conducted which had a group of 4-year-old kids. They were asked to choose between an easy task and a difficult one. Those who chose the easy task had a fixed mindset. They wanted to validate their success and wanted to achieve the title of success in their life. They had a predetermined mindset. The kids who chose the difficult task had a growth mindset. They proved that whether there are hardships and failures we will learn from them and will emerge stronger than before. Kids with fixed mindsets go for easy tasks to prove their validation. They learn nothing novel from it. They just keep sticking to the same thing.

Mindset affects the level of your motivation. The growth mindset tricks you into believing that you can always grow and can always work on your personal growth.

The thing is nothing is impossible in this world. How do you feel when you hear this word? You must feel defeated and demotivated after hearing this word. Whenever a builder construct before that he makes a map of the whole building. He constructs the structure of the building and then does the practical implementation of constructing the building. Likewise, the implementation of our goals needs a structured organization. We should break the whole procedure of goals into smaller steps.  Whenever we start to head towards our goal we may feel scared and feel it is impossible to achieve but once we get the simplified detailed explanation of how are we supposed to go. Our journey becomes easy.

These cognitive issues are those that are never taken into account. We do not consider them a disease. In fact, the literal meaning of disease tells us the feeling of being in an uncomfortable situation. If you are feeling bizarre, anxious, or agitated then you should pay attention to such feelings as well. We only pay attention to infectious diseases. Psychological issues are something that should be treated as well. Many suicide cases are happening these days due to mental health issues. I will state some reasons why people encounter mental health issues and their solutions in this video. Let us get straight into this video without wasting much time. Causes of mental health issues 

  • Childhood trauma or abuse

According to science, there is some genetic basis for mental problems as well. For example, the mental disorder schizophrenia is most likely to be passed on to the next generation because it has a genetic basis. Other psychological disorders like autism, bipolar disorders and depression run in the family as well. Diseases with a genetic basis can never be cured 100% but they can be managed with proper treatments and prevention. Mental health issues can arise from various traumas and incidents in life. Consider a kid facing traumatic incidents in childhood like parental abuse or bullying in school. These traumas will continue to grow with him/her till he/she gets old enough to overcome them.  Even if they overcome such traumas a piece of them becomes part of their brain and can never be unremembered.

Bereavement 

It is something that can arise from losing loved ones in your life. It is the deprivation of your beloved and precious people. People who tend to lose their loved ones unexpectedly or unexpectedly in their lives can have major impacts on their mental states. Just as consider an example in 2016 a native school in Pakistan became under terrorist attack. And many youngsters were martyred in that incident. That incident left long-lasting damage to their parents’ brains. Their children left for education but they never came back. This will become a trauma for other parents as well eventually. Traumas lead to depression, agitation, and anxiety.

Constant worries about these situations lead to psychological issues. And our psychology is related to our physical health as well.

As I mentioned earlier, mental disorders that have a genetic basis and run in families cannot be treated. But their symptoms can be managed by proper steps.

  • Look after your physical health 

Our brain and body are connected. Our body works in coordination. There are proper signaling pathways in the body that are being done by the glands and hormone production. Such as whenever you are happy the happy hormone called oxytocin is produced. Whenever you are stressed out, stress hormone adrenaline is produced. It concludes how well our body is coordinated in its actions. It is essential to take care of your physical health so that you remain mentally healthy. Getting enough sleep prevents you from mood swings. Eating healthy food instead of junk helps the release of happy chemicals in the body. 

  • Nourish your social life
