Some times senior bully juniors, That junior are not good. Some times juniors challenge seniors. Because, with passage of time juniors reach same level of knowledge and experience.
I faced both. What I learn that after 3 years of experience every one reach on same level. Junior and seniors have same level of knowledge. After 3 years of experience all become equal.
What if senior bully you. Bear it, your response creates situation. Secretly put efforts and improve yourself put efforts to prove yourself. Remember one thing, no body consider yourself equal to them. They never did it. But you respect the seniors, they give you knowledge trained you. But never take them to your head.
What to do when junior challenge you. In that case you have to claim down. Smile and ignore it. told them you trained make them your helping hand. And always focus on next target or goal. Possible we are not growing. There will be no next level. Always focus on that. I heard that professional career like a chess. If you are not prepared for next step, some one is killed you.
Remember, politics is every where. We have to handle politics. But more important is work. You have more focus on delivery.
Second be friendly, always stay to ground. Most of the time I avoid challenge. But some times I have to face the challenge.
But before getting involve in challenge. See things from all angles. What is advantage you got after getting involve in challenge. If you got more damage, avoid it. Always keep in focus what you want. Always think about next move.
