Living in present moment

I was traveling to office. In RTA bus, I feel loneliness. Loneliness is absence of interest in crowd. A lot of beautiful faces, young and old. All are having hope for bright day, But I feel loneliness. That is problem of every expat. Who came to foreign country to earn money. To make the living standard of family up to the mark.

I was listen one recorded audio of Wasif ali Wasif. Some one asking loneliness comes from outside world or comes from inside.

The answer was it comes from inside. And solution was keep yourself busy. Either memories of past.

But for me, memories of past creates disheartens, guilt and pain. But it ups to use to remember the good moments of life.

My grand mother used to said “ waqat to guzarna haye miyaan, rooah ker guzaro yaa hass ker”. We have to kill the time, its up to you either be happy or be sad.

Best way to kill the time, is live in the present moment. No worry about future and no regrets for past. We can force. it

And if you have to remember only good moments of life. When bad events start to appear shut up these memories.

The memories or events did not make happy or sad, Its our story attached to these memories made us happy or sad.

That is truth that most of happy people actually sad people. They find reason to make them happy.

Most important thing is when we took decision and understand what will be the consequences. Then what why be said.

Accept the life as it is.

Most important thing what we make sad that we did not accept something, we want something different but things are not happen as our expectation. So we have to accept the life as it is. We have to accept every situation that occur.

I read one quote that is attribute to buddah and also Wasif Ali Wasif that, The different between expectation and reality is “Dukha” Suffering or pain. So remove the expectation and accept the reality.

Enjoy the present moment. That pain suffering are the noises that did not accept or live in the present moment. acceptance creates our mind calm. At that moment, we start to listen our surrounding. What people talks about, Who are they, what they are doing.

So we have to enjoy the present moment. And for this we have to accept our reality. Stop resistance. When you happy, everything seems to be happy. Start observing your environment. Enjoy the moment.
