How to defend your solution as consultant

In Consultancy, we have to provide solutions. And we have to defend our solution.

Our colleagues are our biggest competitors. We are working as team, but every one is different.

There is sayings, colleagues are friendly but not friend.

When you provide solution, Think about it,

  • What are alternatives possible
  • What are pros and cons of your solution.
  • At least 3 example you made so you can defend your point.
  • How to defend your point.

In the case you are writing your document. Read each and every line many times, try to rephrase it. think that your sentence explain what you want to explain, will explain well. Can I write it better way.

These are recent tips I learn as consultant.
