Book Summary for 4 Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz

Hey everyone, welcome back to our channel! Today, we’re diving into a transformative topic: how to navigate life as a sensitive person by applying the wisdom of The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by your emotions or the opinions of others, stick around. This video might just change your perspective!

Understanding Beliefs

As children, we absorb beliefs based on our experiences, the challenges we face, and how we interpret situations. These beliefs shape our view of the world and ourselves. But here’s the catch: many of these beliefs are based on agreements we make with ourselves—rules about what we should or shouldn’t do.

As we grow, we often judge others through the lens of these agreements, reinforcing our own beliefs about what’s right or wrong. This can lead to a rigid belief system that’s hard to break. And remember, if hell is a state of mind, we can find ourselves living in it when we endlessly punish ourselves for past actions.

The Impact of Negative Agreements

We face daily challenges, and if our internal agreements are negative, they can drain our energy and well-being. But here’s the good news: we can build new agreements that empower us and lead to personal growth. Let’s explore the Four Agreements that can help us transform our lives.

Agreement 1 – Be Impeccable With Your Word

The first agreement is to be impeccable with your word. Our words hold incredible power—not just over others, but over ourselves. The Latin root of “impeccable” means “not sinful,” so let’s strive to use our words positively.

Many of us engage in negative self-talk, which stops us from taking action. Instead, replace those thoughts with uplifting affirmations. Remember, our words can either build someone up or tear them down. Choose to spread positivity and let your words shine!

Agreement 2 – Don’t Take Anything Personally

The second agreement is don’t take anything personally. It’s easy to let others’ words affect our mood. When we feel criticized, we often react defensively, creating conflict.

But here’s a crucial insight: what others say is a reflection of their reality, not ours. By not taking things personally—whether praise or criticism—we free ourselves from unnecessary emotional turmoil. Your self-worth should come from within, not from external validation.

Agreement 3 – Don’t Make Assumptions

The third agreement is don’t make assumptions. Assumptions can lead us to misunderstand situations and people. Instead of jumping to conclusions, ask questions to gain clarity.

This practice not only prevents unnecessary conflict but also helps you understand your true desires. Remember, communication is key to breaking down barriers!

Agreement 4 – Always Do Your Best

Finally, the fourth agreement is always do your best. This doesn’t mean striving for perfection; it’s about putting in your best effort in each moment. When we detach from the outcome and focus on the process, we alleviate pressure and allow ourselves to grow.

Life is about progress, not perfection. Embrace where you are now, and do what you can with what you have.

Implementing the Agreements

To implement these agreements and break free from old beliefs, start with awareness. Recognize your self-limiting beliefs and the fear that holds you back.

Transformation requires a willingness to change and the courage to face discomfort. Intent is essential—approach this journey with pure, unconditional love for yourself.

By applying these Four Agreements, you can reshape your reality, especially as a sensitive person navigating a complex world. Remember, change takes time and practice, so be patient with yourself.

Book Summary- 11 Rules for Life

Recently, I read a book by Indian author Chetan Bhagat, best known for inspiring the Bollywood film Three Idiots. The movie is based on one of his novels. His writing is particularly popular with the younger generation, and this book is no exception. It’s written in a straightforward, easy-to-understand style, and the 11 life lessons it presents are highly practical and applicable to anyone, not just in India but worldwide.

In the book, Bhagat discusses the concept of “Aukat,” a Hindi term that refers to one’s status or position in life. He emphasizes that challenging your status quo is no easy task—it requires significant effort. To rise above your current circumstances, you must strive for excellence, unlock your full potential, and become the best version of yourself.

Here are the 11 rules Bhagat shares for reaching your full potential:

  1. Prioritize Fitness
Bhagat initially neglected his health, only to realize later how much it affected his mind, body, and productivity. To become the best version of yourself, fitness must be a priority. This means committing to regular exercise, a healthy diet, and proper sleep. Maintaining discipline and resisting temptations in these areas will also help you grow in other aspects of life.
  2. Master Your Emotions
The author reminds us that those who control their emotions succeed, while those controlled by their emotions are at a disadvantage. Emotional intelligence is key—not only in managing your own feelings but in understanding others’. Without this awareness, we can easily be manipulated. Bhagat suggests analyzing past decisions to see if they were driven by emotion or reason, and then aiming to make future choices based on logic.
  3. Put Yourself First
Echoing motivational speaker Mel Robbins, Bhagat encourages readers to prioritize their own needs and goals. Setting boundaries is essential to avoid overextending yourself in people-pleasing activities. Ultimately, if you don’t look out for yourself, no one else will.
  4. Learn New Languages
Learning a language beyond your mother tongue, especially one like English, can open many doors. Bhagat stresses the importance of English proficiency in modern India, but the principle applies globally. Start with basic vocabulary, consume media in that language, and practice speaking it until it becomes second nature.
  5. Control Dopamine
Dopamine, the chemical associated with pleasure, can either be triggered by unhealthy habits like drinking or smoking or by positive achievements. Bhagat urges readers to focus on the latter—set small, achievable goals and let the satisfaction of accomplishment drive your dopamine release.
  6. Chase Hard Things
Achieving big goals is hard, but that’s what makes the success so rewarding. Bhagat quotes, “The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little extra.” Instead of fearing challenges, embrace them—they are what lead to real growth.
  7. Eat the Elephant One Bite at a Time
Big goals can seem overwhelming, but if you break them down into smaller steps, they become manageable. Bhagat uses the analogy of eating an elephant—impossible all at once, but doable one bite at a time. This approach helps you focus on progress and stay motivated.
  8. Be Adaptive
Adaptability is essential for survival, both personally and professionally. Bhagat points to cockroaches as one of the most adaptable creatures on Earth, surviving through constant change. To thrive, we must continually question our beliefs, ideas, and methods, adapting as necessary.
  9. Connect with People
Networking is key to success. Successful people tend to build strong relationships based on mutual benefit. Bhagat encourages readers to improve their social skills, meet new people, and approach relationships with a win-win mindset.
  10. Take Ownership
Blaming circumstances or other people for failures won’t get you anywhere. Bhagat emphasizes the importance of taking full responsibility for your life. Successful people make things happen through accountability, taking ownership of their goals and actions.
  11. Earn, Save, and Invest
Earning money is only the first step to financial independence. Bhagat stresses the importance of saving and, more importantly, investing wisely. Instead of spending on luxury items, focus on growing your wealth through smart investments.

These 11 principles, while aimed at Indian society, are universally relevant. By applying them, you can unlock your potential and become the best version of yourself.

Why Happiness is Like Water

I believe that happiness is a state of mind. When we are happy, certain harmonics release in our minds, leading to a sense of pleasure. and what is meant by “happiness like water.”.

This means that water can fit into any type of pot. Then you can be content and joyful in any situation. Let’s discuss. Once, I was asking myself whether happiness comes from outside our environment, an external factor, or is born inside us. Is it within or beyond our control? Once upon a time, I believed that couples and lovebirds held the key to happiness. However, I discovered that many once-loved and ideal couples do not experience true happiness. I was thinking that achieving something makes you happy. Then I saw a lot of high achievers with successful lives who were unhappy and disappointed. I found that competition makes us happy. When we demonstrate our superiority over others, we feel joy, happiness, and pride. We feel joy and happiness, as well as pride. The other person’s defeat makes us pleased and full of joy. This can also lead to feelings of depression and anxiety. On the other hand, I realized that the person with whom I compete is happier than me because he accepted his life and found meaning in it. Similarly, people who live in large houses, own expensive clothes, and drive expensive cars are not necessarily happy. Conversely, those who are less privileged tend to be happier than their counterparts. Even I saw a homeless person with torn clothes enjoying his life. So what’s wrong with happiness? Achievers, winners, and wealthy people are also unhappy. Even those who have nothing in their lives find happiness and contentment. I began to understand that it was merely a state of consciousness. It is up to us to make life by thinking and acting. Then there is the story of Gautama Buddha: who lived a happy and peaceful life. When he saw misery, death, and old age, he tried to find solutions to world problems. But after deep meditation, he found only one solution. Detachment. Suffering comes from attachment. The way to be happy is through detachment. Make your wishes less. Accept life as it is. Think about what happened. That is for good. Buddha said “There is no path to happiness; happiness is the path. “Happiness comes when your work and words are of benefit to yourself and others.”

“Thousands of candles can be lit from a single candle, and the life of the candle will not be shortened. Happiness never decreases by being shared.” Buddhist ways of achieving happiness are compassion and mindfulness. Midfulness means keeping your mind busy with things and thoughts. Focus on what’s happening in the present moment.Compassion: Keep busy and help others reduce their misery and problems. Let’s explore more about what Stoics said about happiness and how to attain it. Seneca said that “True happiness is to enjoy the present without anxious dependence upon the future.”

Epictetus said that    “Happiness and freedom begin with a clear understanding of one principle: Some things are within our control, and some things are not.” Similarly Marcus Aurelius said that “Very little is needed to make a happy life; it is all within yourself, in your way of thinking.” According to Stoic philosophy, happiness comes from only focusing on things that we can control. Let go of things that are beyond our control. Just focus on your actions, thoughts, and reactions. The second method involves dedicating yourself to a high purpose or higher virtue and maintaining a busy schedule to attain it.  The third option is to be mindful. Mindfulness means just living in the present moment. Enjoy the present moment. Stoics believe that thinking about the future and past hurts our happiness. What I now understand is that happiness originates within us. Regardless of the situation, it’s up to us to stay happy, depressed, or worried. Accept life as it is. Stay in the present moment by simply making conscious efforts to observe what’s going on and stay busy. In conclusion, happiness is like water. Just as water settles in any pot, so too does happiness. Similar to water, happiness can settle in any situation. It’s up to us how we maintain our happiness.See you in another video.

How to deal with people like a king Marcus Aurelius

I was reading the second book of Mediation By Marcus Aurelius

  1. When you wake up in the morning, tell yourself: The people I deal with today will be meddling, ungrateful, arrogant, dishonest, jealous, and surly. They are like this because they can’t tell good from evil. But I have seen the beauty of good, and the ugliness of evil, and have recognized that the wrongdoer has a nature related to my own—not of the same blood or birth, but the same mind, and possessing a share of the divine. And so none of them can hurt me. No one can implicate me in ugliness. Nor can I feel angry at my relative, or hate him. We were born to work together like feet, hands, and eyes, like the two rows of teeth, upper and lower. To obstruct each other is unnatural. To feel anger at someone, to turn your back on him: these are obstructions.

It’s very strange for me that the first annotation talks about acceptance and cooperation with each other. Marcus Aurelius said to accept every human being as they are. Sometimes we wonder why that happens to us or why others behave strangly. Later, I discovered that people were with us until we had common goals. When they achieved their shared interest, they changed. They betrayed.

Jealousy is a natural phenomenon. People can be jealous of us without any reason. Same rule apply to us, we are also jealous a few people.

In life, people motivate us to achieve something; under the hood, they are going to achieve their own goals. And when they achieved those goals, they betrayed us.

People behave badly with us. They are arrogant; they do it intensely to get attention; they know we reflect back on them; or they like the pain or misery on our faces. However, it’s possible that their actions are a result of their circumstances. But the question is: why do we expect good behavior from them? They are busy in their own world. We seek outside approval only when we are not satisfied with ourselves. Therefore, seek approval from within.

Marcus Aurelius says that all these people have the same mind as we do, and everything I see or feel is related to us.

Ancient people believed that all people shared the same spite and that all people connected with each other in some way. Marcus Aurelius talks about other people who are not our blood relatives but who have very similar minds, bodies, and spirits. If we see something evil in others, we should first find it in ourselves and correct it rather than criticizing.

Most of the time, the situation is not a problem, but the reaction to it creates a problem. It’s our thoughts. Understanding this prevents them from hurting us, the situation, and other people’s behavior. In simple Urdu, “asa hee hayee, churo isya.” “Accept them as they are; let it go.”.

Most of the time, stress does not come from situations, but our reaction to those situations creates a problem. No matter how badly people treat us, we can still control our response. How we feel and think. If we control our inner world, it can have no impact on us. And no one can make us angry and respond in an evil way.

Marcus Aurelius talks about how every person has different qualities. And no one has all of those qualities. God creates in such a way that people can work together. They work with each other to build a functional body. Similar to different body parts of the human body, each part cannot function individually and has different functions to perform. All human body parts work together, so a human being survived. Its nature’s rule that humans have to cooperate with each other.

It’s our divine duty to work with each other, not against each other.

Traveler’s Gift Book summary and notes

Hi friends, Today I am going to share the book summary of “Traveler Gift” by Andy Andrews.

This is the transformation story of a person who tried to quit his life, but during qoma, he met seven biblical and historical figures who gave him different advice, and after awakening, he implemented those seven lessons in his life to improve his quality of life.

The story of a person who is in his mid-40s is about almost failure in everything. His daughter was in the hospital, full of debt. He was in desperate need of money for his only daughter, but due to stress and aggression, he was fired from his job. In total disappointment, he started to think that, due to his inability to meet the needs and expectations of his family, he should quit his life. He thinks that is the only way to provide a better future for his family. After his death, his wife will find a good husband, and that person will take care of his girl. On a cold winter night, he hit his car into a tree. As a result, he went to Comma.

During this period, he met many historical and biblical figures, and he even met himself in the future.

All these people gave him their wisdom. I am going to share this wisdom. And if we apply this wisdom to our lives, our future is bright, regardless of our age.

Lesson 1: Harry S. Truman: The buck stops here.

David met first with Harry Truman. Harry Truman talks about how the first lesson is to accept the responsibility of life.

You have to accept the resuscitation of the choice you made in the past. Responsibility for who you are now is a result of your past choices. Our actions are directed by our thinking. If we want to have a different future, we have to make different choices. We have different ways of thinking and acting. We stop blaming our present situation on our parents, friends, wives, and relatives. We have to accept responsibility for our thoughts and actions. We consider every problem an opportunity to grow and learn.

The past is gone, but the future is still in our hands.

Lesson 2: King Solomon: I will seek wisdom.

In his second visit, David meets biblical figure King Solomon. He advised David to seek

wisdom.

How to prepare for the future is by seeking wisdom and taking responsibility.

Most of the time, we took inspiration from the people with whom we spent time. If we take

company of cursed and complaining people, we also develop a victim mindset.

It is a common saying that we are the average of five people with whom we are associated in life.

We have to guard our association. Intentionally or unintentionally, we follow our mentor in life. For example, Solomon explains that his father was his mentor. Your teacher, uncle, actor, or any other figure will possibly be mentioned. So seek wisdom from their lives.

We have to take the present problems as challenges, and facing these challenges will result in a better future. We have to increase our wisdom by reading books, watching YouTube videos, listening to podcasts, and observing and studying the lives of successful people.

Seeking wisdom to overcome the thoughts, doubts, and fears in life

Lesson 3: Col. Joshua Chamberlain: I am a person of action.

Third wisdom. David got it from Joshua Chamberlain, who taught David that the only solution to all problems is to take action.

Take charge and take action. Even if we do not have all the necessary resources, we can still take action. What is best possible? We have to. Many times, we did not take action and stayed in the same location. In life, we take decisions quickly and do not let change happen. They take decisions and start taking actions. With these actions, they will no longer be afraid.

They did not fear other people’s opinions, gossip, idle chatter, or all those things.

For men of action, failure is a myth. Failure exists only for the person who quits.

Lesson 4: Christopher Columbus: I have a decided heart

The fourth lesson David learned from Columbus was to have a detached heart and ignore what people think about him.

The truth is the truth, whatever the situation. The truth is never dependent on the opinions of others.

Many people did not make efforts to change due to fear of the opinions of others and were doomed to mediocrity.

If you worry about what other people think of you, which results in you having more confidence in them than in yourself, poor is the man whose future depends on the opinions and permission of others. The only solution to criticism is that you will die doing nothing.

To achieve something, you must have a decisive heart. Many people fail because they lack a decisive heart. They are not committed from the heart.

“Most people fail at whatever they attempt because of an undecided heart. Should I? Should I not? Go forward? Go back? Success requires the emotional balance of a committed heart.

“Getting started, getting finished—both ends of a journey require a demonstration of passion.”

Passion only comes from the heart. Its product is a heart decision.

Lesson 5: Anne Frank: Today I will choose to be happy.

In his next visit, David meets Anne Frank. She provides her way to always stay happy, regardless of the situation.

Whatever condition we have or whatever challenges we are facing, it’s up to us to stay happy.

What ever is in us that takes us to the top, instead of what color or race we belong to?

Happyness is the result of certain thoughts and activities, which are actually chemical reactions.

In body. So we have to focus on these thoughts, which makes us happy.

The smile is our calling card.

Many times in life, we have to face injustices based on color, race, and nationality. But absolutely, what matters is what is inside us. It’s like a balloon; whatever its color or size, it goes up due to what’s inside it. It does matter what we think. Similary, we have to choose what we think to be.

Lesson 6: Abraham Lincoln: I will greet this day with a forgiving spirit.

On his next trip, David meets the present Abhraim Licon. Lincon described how important it is to have a forgiving spirit.

People make mistakes, either intentionally or unintentionally. Hurt us. If we are in a leadership position, we have to deal with people. We can use their strength only when we are able to forgive them. They make mistakes and make wrong decisions.

Lincon takes David to the graveyard. It shows that our hearts are like graveyards. You have to bury disappointment, anger, frustation, misbehavior, and other things here. As in the past, all events that occurred in the past are now dead; bury them.

The only way to become a good husband, father, or leader is to forgive others.

In a similar way, when someone hurts us or does not meet our expectations, we become angry. When we were going to sleep, those moments came into our minds. And we did not get good sleep.

There are two types of forgiveness we require: forgiving ourselves for our mistakes and failures Why? Because, instead of focusing on future outcomes, we were struck by the past. The second is unconditional forgiveness for others.

We all have failures in life and in business, but we all have success in our lives. But if we are still thinking about failure, we will not stay happy due to our success. So to enjoy the present moment, better sleep, and the company of our friends, we need to be forgiven.

Licon also advises David about the quest for power. Before that, Davide, think that power is wrong. But Licon told him that power in the right hand results in good things. If you have power, then you can help your management deliver more.

Lesson 7: Gabriel the Archangel: I will persist without exception

The next lesson that Ponder learned was from the archangel Gabriel.

Archangel Gabriel told David that he would persist without exception.

Successful people always focus on the outcome. There is a possibility that the process is not enjoyable, long, and boring, but they pressurize without exception only due to their focus on outcome.

Gabriel asked David, “Is he a man of faith or a man of fear? It means that in our lives, there are two main motivational forces: belief that I can do it or fear. We do things out of fear of something, like being fired, having someone else win, or being shown less than us. fear that one day we will be empty. Both are different.

We have to be men of reason. Why do we do things that we do? We definitely have reasons.

Gabriel, it’s up to us how circumstances affect us. Circumstances are excuses for poor men. It is the wise man who recognizes opportunities and uses them to his advantage.

To be a wise man, study, get lessons from the circumstances, and apply that knowledge to get a brighter future. A depressed person usually overthinks what will happen to him; instead, he focuses on what he actually wants and how he will achieve it.

A depressed person faces the situation and overthinks,

Average people usually compare themselves to others and achieve something, but successful people also compare themselves to their true potential. What they can achieve if they realize their full potential

Hi friends, I hope you like the book summary.

So it’s our time; whatever the condition we have, we have to take charge, take responsibility, be happy with what we have, whatever the condition we are, and have a dedicated heart. and take action, because without action, nothing is accomplished in life. The desire to work with others and for the betterment of ourselves is forgiven; there is a graveyard in our hearts where we bury our anger, expectations, and other things others said to us. If we still think about what others say or think about us, we will not reach where we want to reach. We have to be persistent, without exception. In the case of difficulties, frustation, and disheartness, we have to focus on the outcome. There are two types of motivation in life. Fear and faith Focus on faith. faith in the certainty of the future

10 Tips to quite Smoking | Overcome the habit of chain smoking

Hey guys, welcome back to the consultant mindset. I hope you guys are doing great. Addictions are something that is hard to overcome, even by practising multiple remedies. There are several types of addiction, which may include smoking addiction, drug addiction, vaping addiction, or even nicotine addiction. In this video, we will talk about multiple ways in which we can overcome smoking habits. Are you a smoker? If yes, then you are going to find this video informative for quitting it. Quitting smoking is a hell of a big task, whether you are an occasional smoker or a chronic smoker. An addiction is never easy to overcome, specifically when it is nicotine- or tobacco-related. Smoking has not only physiological impacts but also adverse impacts on one’s mental health. The main ingredient in tobacco is nicotine, and nicotine has chronic effects on users’ health. Nicotine directly impacts your nervous system, causing it to release dopamine, which is the happy hormone. Why do people become addicted to it? The mere reason for becoming addicted to tobacco smoke is its ultimate impact on mental well-being. According to some surveys, people have various reasons for smoking. For instance, some people smoke to cope with depression, anxiety, and stress so they can provide themselves with mental relief. Some individuals opted for smoking as a fashion, while others started it under the influence of their bad company.

Is smoking a daily ritual? The answer to this question is definitely yes. People have developed an instinct for smoking; they have unintentionally included smoking as a part of their daily activities. For instance, some people have included smoking in their breakfast routine, while others have included it in their coffee routine. In order to gain a full stop to smoking, you need to identify the routes of habit and the triggers that are ultimately causing you to smoke drastically. It is nearly impossible to quit smoking immediately, but it can be done in phases and gradually. Let’s dig into the video to find out some useful ways to overcome the chronic habit of smoking.

To keep track of your smoking, several questions need to be answered. For instance, you have to ask yourself questions like, Are you a heavy smoker? Or are you an occasional smoker? Are there certain activities or people associated with this habit? Do you buy cigarettes when you are feeling down or stressed out? All of these factors are to be taken into account so that your smoking routine can be traced. After having answers to these questions, the strategy to quit smoking will take place.

Avoid triggers

Tiggers are those products that aggravate your need to smoke. For instance, alcohol, e-cigarettes, people who smoke around you, or the end of any meal People who smoke around you make it challenging for you to quit smoking, so try to stay away from such people or else publicly announce your decision to quit smoking so that smokers won’t smoke around you. Some people develop this habitual thing of making themselves light at the end of every meal with the help of cigarettes. However, this meal-lightening strategy needs to be replaced with fruit or some kind of dessert. If there is a peculiar kind of trauma that triggers your depression to inhale smoke, try to avoid such gatherings or such conversations. You just have to be self-aware of yourself so that you can avoid environmental triggers to prevent yourself from developing this addiction. Are you guys aware of your triggers? If yes, then let me know in the comment section.

Chew on it.

The main goal of quitting smoking is to give your mouth something distracting so that it may not crave smoke. In order to solve this dilemma, it is highly recommended to begin chewing gum or lozenges in its place. This way, you will trick your brain into chewing gum or candy and stay away from tobacco smoke.

Don’t have “just one.”

In the journey of rehabilitation, various thoughts in your mind provoke you to take just one last cigarette. You don’t have to fool yourself into such vicious thoughts because the circle goes on and on and you never get to quit smoking tobacco. So try to overcome that “one last cigarette,” because it’s just a foolish act to destroy yourself.

Get physical

Engage yourself in physical activities, which can aid you in overcoming your tobacco smoking habits. Try running, doing workouts, and going upstairs and downstairs in your office, which can help you engage yourself while keeping you away from the craving for smoke.

Try relaxation methods.

Some people have seen the aggravation of smoking due to increased stress and mental health issues. Try some relaxing activities like yoga, massage, meditation, and deep breathing so that you can keep yourself away from stress, which ultimately prevents you from smoking.

Seek moral support from family and friends.

Ask your family members or friends to regularly support you in quitting smoking. The moral support helps you boost your mental and physical courage. Mental power is extremely important to fight anything. The restrictions exist only in our minds, so break those boundaries and overcome your fears.

Remind yourself of the benefits.

Start journaling about your journey and all the blessings you have received so far. When you keep track of your assets, you are less likely to fall and leap behind. The bounties give you the motivation to overcome all the possible addictions. When you remember the benefits, like getting healthy, feeling better, saving money, and saving your life, you eventually feel worthy of doing the hard stuff.

Try nicotine replacement therapy.

The nicotine replacement therapy requires the aid of medical and professional healthcare. You can buy lozenges, gums, nicotine patches, or prescribed non-nicotine stop-smoking drugs such as bupropion.

Manage cravings

Whenever you crave a cigarette, try applying suppressive strategies like distracting yourself by watching TV, using the phone, or spending time with family. Get out of the tempting situation and remember why you started the whole journey.

Reward yourself

A brain works better when it is rewarded for performing a certain task. This reward works as motivation to keep going on your journey.

Concluding the whole video, smoking is injurious to health, and its addiction is difficult to overcome. By following these strategies, you can easily quit smoking. Stay tuned for more interesting content.

Best way to control your thoughts.

Sometimes in life, we have a lot of unsettled issues. Emotions are buried inside us.

And when things are not going in our direction, these unsettled emotions pop up in our minds.

Sometimes there is no issue or problem in life. And then suddenly, buried emotions start to pop up.

We start to ask questions of us.

“Why do those things happen to me? Why he or she said to me, How she treated me in such a way.”.

Most of these things happened almost a decade ago.

Sometimes, from unknown sources, negative thoughts start to appear in our minds. This will happen if I move this way. There are chances that I will be fired from this job. One of the most important thoughts is what others think of us.

That’s true; life is never easy; it’s cruel. We cannot control our thoughts. As a result, we become victims of our thoughts.

We cannot control our thoughts, but we can avoid being victims of them.

One way is to start thinking in terms of consequences.

When a strange thought starts to appear in your mind, Start to think about its consequences.

For example, 20 years ago, one girl rejected me, and she enjoyed the company of some other person. When this incident came to mind, I started feeling the pain of rejection, and as a result, either I became angry or I became sad. My head starts to get heavy, and sadness and disappointment start to appear in my mind.

when I realized the result of this thought on my personality. I stop focus on those thoughts and forcibly think on other direction.

And this idea consequence helps me control my thoughts.

When letting go is not possible or thoughts are repeatedly coming into our mind. Then only solution is focus on consequences. What are results I face if I continue focus on that thought.

The only secret here is that when we start thinking about something, random thoughts disappear.

When you start in terms of consequences, our thoughts starts to disappear.

6 tips to consider before giving up consultant mindsets

There are ups and downs in life. Possible this time we are at our lowest point in life. Sometimes results are not coming. Due to frustration, we start to think about quitting or giving up. If you are facing this situation, this video is for you.

1-This is a phase.

Tough times come in life. These are part of life. They will never last forever.

There is a quote: “Tough times never last, but tough people do”. Life is a cycle of highs and lows. Remember. These times will never last forever. These phases of life also passed. There is a storm in life now; when the storm passes, a new day will come. Hold on.

2-You are stronger than you think.

Most of the time, stress comes from inside, not outside circumstances. Because in the past, we performed well. But now is a tough time or a bad situation. It does not mean you cannot perform well again.

You are still the same; you are still strong. This tough time also teaches you.

Remember many similar situations occurred previously, and you survived them well then.

You have inner strength.

Believe you can still reach your potential, and you will solve this problem.

Remember that you are more capable than you think. You are stronger than you believe.

3-Small steps count.

There is a saying that when fog is everywhere and you cannot see anything,  you can still see one step. And when you take that step, one more step is again visible. And these small steps lead you to better

Progress isn’t always a leap forward. Sometimes it’s tiny, almost imperceptible steps. Each step, no matter how small, brings you closer to your goal. Celebrate every bit of progress. Slow and steady can still win the race. Keep moving forward.

4-Remember Your ‘Why’.

Think back to the reasons why you started. Reconnect with your motivation and your goals.

The successful people are those who stay more persistent than others. They also have lows and highs in their lives. And, perhaps most importantly, they understand why they do what they do.

This is why you should keep them going. This is why I did not let them down.

5-Failure is a stepping stone.

When the toughest failure comes to mind, always remember that every failure is another opportunity to learn. But it does not mean you should stop. First effort, so you cannot fail. Failure is not an option, but if you meet failure, it is another stepping stone.

6-Practice self-care.

First of all, you have to take care of yourself. Practice self-care.

Eat healthy food.

Do exercise.

Take proper 6-hour sleep.

Enjoy the company of loved ones.

Do meditation.

Spend time in activities that you love.

The Power of Determination: Overcoming Obstacles to Achieve Success I The Consultant Mindset I Motivation I Mindset I Consultant Mindset I Persistence I Determination

Hey guys welcome back to our channel consultant mindset. I hope you guys are doing great. The achievement of goals in one’s life is a challenging task. One has to get through all trials and tribulations to achieve what he wants. Dreaming is easy but making those dreams come true is a hell of a task. There are many secret ingredients to the success of the achievement of goals. These elements include determination, persistence, courage to face failures, and the ability to encounter impacts. Determination is an integral element that plays a vital role in the journey. What is that one thing that keeps you going throughout the whole process? Determination is like a blessing in disguise as it helps you to keep up with the challenges and trials. Are you determined towards your goals? Have you guys ever felt that you are giving it your all? If yes, then let me know in the comments section what challenges did you face?

Persistence comes together with determination both of these factors go hand in hand. Persistence is required so you can persist through all the hardships and struggles.  Persistence is defined as never quitting on your goals or achievements.

Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not: nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not: the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent.

Calvin Coolidge

What’s the difference between determination and persistence?

Determination is the ultimate marvellous trait that helps you keep going towards your goals. Persistence is that you are resisting the failures and setbacks in the journey to success. In other words, I can say that determination is a more powerful tool than persistence or perseverance.  There are some examples of persistence for students at college. For instance, some students are not naturally capable of comprehending everything that is being taught in the class. Sometimes they have to revise everything at home so that they can grasp the concepts well. Such students pass through all the challenges and overcome those struggles by applying different techniques like revising the whole concept at home.  Improving handwriting is not something that can be done overnight it requires persistence and hard work throughout the whole process. The feelings of constant failures and setbacks can make you give up on the task. But by persisting through all the harsh thoughts one can achieve the destination.  Those students who start preparing for their exams at the end of the semester are the ones who require a great deal of persistence.

Nothing is impossible in this world. Firm determination, it is said, can move heaven and earth. Things appear far beyond one’s power, because one cannot set his heart on any arduous project due to want of strong will.

What are some real-life examples of persistence at home?

The bringing up of a child is a tough task and it needs to be carried out vigilantly. When raising a kid, you have to stay persistent and patient throughout the whole procedure. At times, you may feel like quitting but you have to bear their prudent attitude with patience and perseverance. Likewise, learning a new language is a tough task. When the task is difficult you may feel disappointed and discouraged at some points. It is an incredibly difficult task for adults to learn a new language. You have to pay full attention towards the grammar and vocabulary. This way you can invest time and struggle to learn a novel language.

How do we remain determined and persistent?

As I have mentioned in one of my previous videos, it’s quite necessary to live a practically possible life. There is no point in living a life of fantasy and Disneyland. Dreams can be fulfilled but the dreams out of human reach is just a mere fantasy. For instance, if a 100kg person wants to lose his weight to 60kgs in  1 month then it is something against the human limit. It is highly advisable to have measurable goals that can be achieved. Most of us set impossible goals and then strive for them. We continue to push our limits but it is something that cannot be achieved so it is just a waste of time and energy with no results.

Focusing on the journey is important. Constantly being worried about the outcome will divert your focus and you won’t be able to invest your full energy. Remaining focused and composed is integral as it will automatically lead you towards the journey.

Stay focused and stay determined. Don’t look to anyone else to be your determination – have self-determination. It will take you very far.

Having moral support in life is also the key factor that lets you remain motivated and dedicated. Surround yourself with positive people who never feel embarrassed or ashamed to cheer you up. Sometimes the existence of cheerful people around you can keep you motivated. Being surrounded by negative people, can drain your energy and can lower your self-esteem.  Due to this peculiar reason, you can lose faith in yourself. The greatest tasks are achieved with the greatest minds. To have a strong mindset, one of the key aspects is to be surrounded by optimistic people who prove to be good for your mental health.

Concluding this whole video, determination and persistence are the key aspects that are required to take you to the destination. Hope you guys enjoyed it. Stay tuned for more interesting posts.
