“I don’t know what to do with my life.”
I asked myself the same question.
At that time, I had no aims—no goals in life.
If you are facing this question, then this short video is for you.
Consider this another opportunity, not a problem.
The earlier we get an answer to this question, the more successful we become in our lives.
If you still do not answer this question, then consider it.
The first step is to take responsibility. It’s your life. You need to take responsibility for your actions. If you did not take responsibility. Nothing happens. Life remains unchanged, and you will remain unchanged as a consequence.
Second step is to Know yourself. Almost everyone knows something about themself. Pose the question, “Why did you do anything?” Examine your actions and the reasons behind them. What you like and what is reason behind the things you dislike. An amazing dialogue sprang to mind.
Dil me heer liye aur heer khoje veerane me.
This step lets you understand what your values are.

Third step to Set some goals. This step helps you understand what you want and what you can achieve. After setting goals, start working to achieve. Make some plan, what you need to change in your life style. What new habits you need to develop to achieve those goals. If possible break these goals to manageable small step and focus on these steps and start do small and short achievements.

Fourth step to Stop comparing yourself. Everyone has a different journey. Some understand what they want earlier and start their journey much earlier. You never reach their level but you can become better in longer run. If you start today, then with in 5 years you are much in better position.

There is one bouns but optional step. That is about reflection. Start writing journal. And at the end of day. reflect on everything that happen. What you can do little different to achieve different results. Revise it and review it.

  • I was listening to a podcast where he discussed the concept of learning by doing. I think he is right. One of the most effective methods for learning anything is through hands-on experience. For example, if you want to learn programming or human language, you must practice or do it.
  • The second way is observation. Remember, when you visit a motorbike or car mechanic, young interns are merely observers. They are helpers, but they learn with observation. How are others doing? You observe and then do. Children learn anything from their parents. I continue to learn from my experiences and from the actions of others.
  • Teaching is the third method. If you want to learn any subject, start teaching it. When you are explaining anything to others, our minds think in different ways. Do you remember the rubber duck method? When you are unable to solve your programming problem, use the rubber duck method. Pick a rubber duck and start explaining it to him.   1. When you wake up in the morning, tell yourself: The people I deal with today will be meddling, ungrateful, arrogant, dishonest, jealous, and surly. They are like this because they can’t tell good from evil. But I have seen the beauty of good, and the ugliness of evil, and have recognized that the wrongdoer has a nature related to my own—not of the same blood or birth, but the same mind, and possessing a share of the divine. And so none of them can hurt me. No one can implicate me in ugliness. Nor can I feel angry at my relative, or hate him. We were born to work together like feet, hands, and eyes, like the two rows of teeth, upper and lower. To obstruct each other is unnatural. To feel anger at someone, to turn your back on him: these are obstructions.

It’s very strange for me that the first annotation talks about acceptance and cooperation with each other. Marcus Aurelius said to accept every human being as they are. Sometimes we wonder why that happens to us or why others behave strangly. Later, I discovered that people were with us until we had common goals. When they achieved their shared interest, they changed. They betrayed.

Jealousy is a natural phenomenon. People can be jealous of us without any reason. Same rule apply to us, we are also jealous a few people.

In life, people motivate us to achieve something; under the hood, they are going to achieve their own goals. And when they achieved those goals, they betrayed us.

People behave badly with us. They are arrogant; they do it intensely to get attention; they know we reflect back on them; or they like the pain or misery on our faces. However, it’s possible that their actions are a result of their circumstances. But the question is: why do we expect good behavior from them? They are busy in their own world. We seek outside approval only when we are not satisfied with ourselves. Therefore, seek approval from within.

Marcus Aurelius says that all these people have the same mind as we do, and everything I see or feel is related to us.

Ancient people believed that all people shared the same spite and that all people connected with each other in some way. Marcus Aurelius talks about other people who are not our blood relatives but who have very similar minds, bodies, and spirits. If we see something evil in others, we should first find it in ourselves and correct it rather than criticizing.

Most of the time, the situation is not a problem, but the reaction to it creates a problem. It’s our thoughts. Understanding this prevents them from hurting us, the situation, and other people’s behavior. In simple Urdu, “asa hee hayee, churo isya.” “Accept them as they are; let it go.”.

Most of the time, stress does not come from situations, but our reaction to those situations creates a problem. No matter how badly people treat us, we can still control our response. How we feel and think. If we control our inner world, it can have no impact on us. And no one can make us angry and respond in an evil way.

Marcus Aurelius talks about how every person has different qualities. And no one has all of those qualities. God creates in such a way that people can work together. They work with each other to build a functional body. Similar to different body parts of the human body, each part cannot function individually and has different functions to perform. All human body parts work together, so a human being survived. Its nature’s rule that humans have to cooperate with each other.

It’s our divine duty to work with each other, not against each other.

Tough times come in life. These are part of life. They will never last forever.

There is a quote: “Tough times never last, but tough people do”. Life is a cycle of highs and lows. Remember. These times will never last forever. These phases of life also passed. There is a storm in life now; when the storm passes, a new day will come. Hold on.

2-You are stronger than you think.

Most of the time, stress comes from inside, not outside circumstances. Because in the past, we performed well. But now is a tough time or a bad situation. It does not mean you cannot perform well again.

You are still the same; you are still strong. This tough time also teaches you.

Remember many similar situations occurred previously, and you survived them well then.

You have inner strength.

Take proper 6-hour sleep.

What Do We Mean By Developing a Positive Attitude?
It is not about wearing coloured clothes or wearing a smile all the time.
Never giving up is a positive attitude. Never turning your back after facing
so many failures and hardships is all about a positive attitude. Keeping up
the courage and always welcoming trouble with a sense of responsibility is a
positive attitude. The unbreakable attitude that always makes you keep
going and keep unleashing the true capabilities of your personality is an
optimistic mindset. The fun fact is that we cannot be always like this. When
some humongous challenge strikes us, we start to lose our faith and belief.

We have to stand by those beliefs and should never fall for such traps.
Having such a staunch mindset will never let you fall. Having faith in
yourself that you have always done it and that you can still do it is the key.

efforts getting acknowledged is a hell of a difficult task. Never
acknowledging someone’s true efforts is what can ruin your mood and can
drain your energy. Praising someone is just like igniting their hidden
dedication to perform things more accurately. Praising is not necessary for
children only it is essential for adolescent kids as well. Everyone wants to
get acknowledged for their constant efforts and struggles. It is like payback
for what you are doing already. You become a more firm person to get to
anything you want.
Appreciating is such a humble thing. You may feel awkward appreciating
people but for some individuals, it is a huge relief. Appreciating other people
is not considered an easy task in our society. Either people are jealous of you
or they are too shy to tell you how good you are doing it. According to a
recent study, employees that were not being praised by their higher-ups
had more odds of encountering coronary disease. The cost of devaluing
others might be bigger than expected. We just move our tongue and say the
thing without even realising that our words can demolish other person’s
health. If you find it hard to appreciate others, then it depicts that you are
too harsh on yourself as well. Try asking yourself some questions that ‘Am I
proud of myself?’ ‘am I a good human being?’

Focus on evaluating yourself. When you become courageous enough to
appreciate yourself, appreciating others will then be a piece of cake for you.
The important task is that you should be mindful of your praise. For
instance, you cannot praise someone for that one thing which is not under
his control like commenting on someone for his height. Height is a genetic
trait and one cannot do anything about it. Try praising those things that
have been developed by mere hard work.

Hey, guys hope you are doing great. Welcome back to the consultant mindset. Everyone in their lives must have come across this question once in a lifetime. Why are we here? What’s the meaning of our life? What’s the mere purpose? The question of human existence is quite different for every religion. Every human is curious to find the answer to this question. What’s the point of our existence in this world? Many humans on this planet are living a meaningless life. They don’t know what to do with their lives. They are just spending their lives in constant struggles. They are spending their lives doing the bare minimum. They aren’t aware of their purpose in life. Many people have come across this thought quite a several times now. If you think like this then you are not alone in this situation. It is completely normal.

First off first, it is necessary to determine the correct definition of a meaningful life. Every individual has his perspective. They perceive life in their way. Not all of us have the same motto for life. A meaningful life is a construct of coherence, happiness and satisfaction. There can be different ways of a meaningful life. Every individual has his passion. Some want to excel in their academic career whereas some want to pursue in their jobs or businesses. A meaningful life refers to how are we going to spend our life. Either we spend it doing things of our passion or spend it wasting time on other garbage.

Life becomes meaningful when it has a purpose. When we become destined to achieve certain goals in our lives, life gets directed eventually. Having goals and purpose and striving for them day and night lets us put some major efforts to strive through the situation.  Finding meaning in one’s life is a personal journey. It requires some time but gradually streamlines you towards a meaningful life. Where you enjoy doing your thing instead of dragging it. A purposeful life lets you overcome any difficulty with much ease. Since you choose a life of your choice you become capable to cope with its hardships as well. 
How can we establish a meaningful life?
A meaningful isn’t related to a successful life. If you’re having a satisfied mindset, you feel happy and contented and you’re good to go. People have this misconception that a happy life is somehow related to a meaningful life. You can be successful and live a meaningless life at the same time. For example, a person who is earning less but is doing a job of his interest is better than a person who’s a business tycoon and isn’t passionate about his work. It’s good to have less earnings with a passionate job.
Develop a Passion or Find Your Passion 
Anyone has some passion in their lives. While some are just living a trash life doing nothing at all. how can we determine our passion? Well, certain things in our lives make us feel happier and contented. It can either be some art or business etc. we just have to find that happiness and satisfaction. Some people find their happiness at a very old age but it is never too late to find out the exact purpose of your life. If you don’t have any passion, strive for one or find one.
Develop Relationships 
Sometimes we develop such relationships in our lives to whom we become willing to devote our entire lives. There should be the existence of such people in our lives. We love seeing those people. Our unfinished love for them makes us do anything for them. We cannot imagine our lives without them. We try to live for them. We try to focus on ourselves for them. It is necessary to find some meaningful people in our lives that will let us move forward always. Life is like the ride of a camel stranded in a desert striving barely under the dazzling rays of the sun. if we want to keep going, stay connected to ones who never care to back off. Monitor Your Mood
Motivation is entirely dependent on your mood. You are not always in the mood to get things done. Since we are not machines there are times when we become extremely exhausted and become unwilling to do anything. At that time, you must not forgive and indulge yourself in other activities. Some random activities like games, exercise, reading books etc can divert your attention. after some relaxation, you again become strong enough to combat problems for your passion.
Monitoring Passion As You Age 
The interest of an individual changes throughout life. We have different interests at different stages of life. For instance, older people are more likely to indulge themselves in fun activities. They have trouble establishing new relationships but gradually they develop some really fun activities and continue to pursue them as their passion.
