Hello friends, another simple post, many times in life we have firm opinion on something, That this way is right. We make our mind that his way is absolute right. There is no other way. It specially happens when we are working in teams. We have short amount of time and budget. And we try to force others to work in same way we work. But some times, young people challenge us. they know something different and effective then us. In that case we need to loosely hold these idea. We need to change our approach. We have to learn new things to make us more effective.
It is said that we have to unlearn old things to learn new things. Its certainly we need to strong opinion but required loosely hold approach to adopt new things to make us more effective.
