I am confused about the term “ What impact you want to create when you speak these words “. I was listening some material on Linkedin. Speak to create impact.

I think idea is same, speak only keep in mind what others thinks about us after listening these words.

I heard some quote attribute from Hazart Ali “ Bolo kaye phanchayeen jaoo”. I heard that in in ancient times, one person comes from far away wearing very wealthy dress. People sit in Sari or Inn. The wise man asked him, Sir kindly speak so we can reorganize your worth. “ Boliya takey hum app ke kaadar jaan sakeen”.

I think idea is simple. Think before you speak. or Begin with end in mind. Before speak, think where you want to reach. After speaking, what other person perceive you.

I am facing the problem, while speaking, I speak too much truth. What I am, and most of time I spoke about my failures. Now I have to speak in such a way that other impress by my achievement.

Basic theme. How people think about us mostly reflection of our speaking and behavior of us. So what we speak and how we speak. We can control these things. If we start to think before speak. What other person perceive after our words reaches his or her ear. Many times we need to hide our insecurity. and try to speak how other feels about us.

Always think before speak. Its going to create your reality.

We can not happy every one. People always happy with us only when, we are lesser then them. They feel superior in our presence. Or we move according to their wishes. It is very difficult to make them happy. We can do that in some cases when interest is there. They have skills we dont have.

Never become people pleaser. Avoid it. Its perfectly acceptable that some people are not happy with us. We dont know where we put our shoes on their toe. We can not cut ourselves according to their wishes. If we are intentionally in competition with some one else. Its ok.

But in some cases, it worse when we feel inferior in their presence. They tried to prove that they are something. in that situation we deal them. We can handle them but we can not happy. We have to control our nerves. We have to work on why we feel inferior. if we can change that thing or weakness. we have to work on that. We can not we have to accept our weakness which they are exploiting.

But never become people pleaser. Be come cool person. friendly person but never come people pleaser.

I read some where. The person from every one is happy is died from inside.

My life changes, when I start to live in present moment. No worry for future. No thoughts of past. Practically it is not possible. But we forcefully change our thoughts.

I read this concept in One minute sufi by Azim Jamal. In fact this post is also result of reflect on sufi concept of timelessness “ Timelessness in you”.

Time like a sand, that continues slip in our hand. Sufi did not believe in past and future. future if exists, need to erase, and future if exist it not yet come. we come from past and going towards future and path is now, Path is present. We can not change past so we ignore it, we can only learn it. What we do will effect our future.

For sufi are believe on timelessness. means no regret for past and no worries for future. Just live in present moment.

Living in present moment is timelessness.

the current moment is powerful moment, it has essence of past and future. Embrace the beauty of present moment.

This very moment is powerful, never wait for another moment. What will come, I don’t know, what passed we cant change it. let it go.

Sufi is timeless. Essence of life is now. Embrace in it.

When I start to implement this idea of living of present moment, I become more learner.

Some times senior bully juniors, That junior are not good. Some times juniors challenge seniors. Because, with passage of time juniors reach same level of knowledge and experience.

I faced both. What I learn that after 3 years of experience every one reach on same level. Junior and seniors have same level of knowledge. After 3 years of experience all become equal.

What if senior bully you. Bear it, your response creates situation. Secretly put efforts and improve yourself put efforts to prove yourself. Remember one thing, no body consider yourself equal to them. They never did it. But you respect the seniors, they give you knowledge trained you. But never take them to your head.

What to do when junior challenge you. In that case you have to claim down. Smile and ignore it. told them you trained make them your helping hand. And always focus on next target or goal. Possible we are not growing. There will be no next level. Always focus on that. I heard that professional career like a chess. If you are not prepared for next step, some one is killed you.

Remember, politics is every where. We have to handle politics. But more important is work. You have more focus on delivery.

Second be friendly, always stay to ground. Most of the time I avoid challenge. But some times I have to face the challenge.

But before getting involve in challenge. See things from all angles. What is advantage you got after getting involve in challenge. If you got more damage, avoid it. Always keep in focus what you want. Always think about next move.
