Most of the time we are not capable of finding our true qualities and aptitude. It is not because we think we are not good enough. It is just because we think others are better than us. It is human nature to compare him/her with others. This is not the right thing. It ultimately develops jealousy and destroys the character of a person. Surround yourself with positivity

This is one of the major reasons behind a morally boosted man. When you surround yourself with positive things it eventually instils cationic properties in person. We radiate what we absorb. People with short temper and anger issues are the result of a negative environment. It is proven from science as well that kids are more inclined to have a short temper when they are being put in an aggressive environment. They tend to adopt that atmosphere. And it influences their kids in a very bad way. It is just as if you think positively then you will attract positivity. But if you keep thinking about the negative scenarios then you will always end up attracting them. Think in such a way that even if something has gone bad then it does not matter. We always have another chance to prove ourselves. We always have that space to let people know about our capabilities. Regardless of the disappointment that occurs at first, we can keep going with a positive atmosphere. That always cheers us up. 

Face your fears 

Every man in this universe has some kind of fear. Some fear wild animals, some fear facing crowds and some have social anxiety.  These fears are the obstacles in the way of heading towards a self-confident boosted life. A man becomes scared of something whenever he feels like he cannot do it. To overcome these fears it is necessary to face those fears. For example, if you have fear of facing crowds or facing so many people. then you can overcome this by facing a small number of people at first. And then the number of people can go on increasing. by facing the crowds you can relieve your fear and can become self-confident enough. Boosting morale is essential for successful careers. For that, you have to start believing in yourself. Trusting yourself that you can do anything is a key to success. For achieving anything you have to trust yourself that nothing is impossible in this world.

Find gratitude 

Some people are thankless and never get thankful for what they have. They are always complaining about not having enough bounties in their lives. If we start searching for gratitude in small things we will be able to boost our morale more efficiently. There are some times in our lives when we start to feel unworthy and useless. We start to think that we are not capable enough for a specific task. We lose our morale and self-confidence. It is that time when we should start to realize the small bounties we have in our lives. However, being grateful in tough times is always the hardest task but it can be achieved by controlling your emotions. It will be hard at first but after some time it gets easier. Whenever you feel like you are falling apart and have difficulty combating the failures then start to focus on what you have achieved already. In this way, it will be better to shift your focus onto something better and more productive. You won’t be feeling empty and under confident anymore.

Knowledge is the basic foundation of building one’s character. gaining information about some basic facts and things comes in the area of knowledge. Seeking and gathering knowledge from our teachers and professors not only polishes our personality but also helps in building the character of a person. Knowledge allows people to distinguish what is right or wrong. In the ignorant era when people were unaware and unenlightened. They knew about nothing. They used to kill their daughters and used to bury them alive. Only a few people were well aware of the righteous deeds. After ages when revolution was brought up it made people realize that they were at mistakes, and they were always doing the wrong thing. It helped them to become mentally and spiritually strong enough to handle situations. Building character involves speaking the truth always no matter how tough the situation is. Past experiences of our ancestors made us learn that having information about a certain topic or thing is necessary to make a judgment about it.

Increased rate of innovation 

Acquiring knowledge lets you invent things. Sticking to the same knowledge over years does you no good. you have to be versatile and dynamic enough to seek knowledge from different sources. Information gathered from different sources like television, newspaper, and the internet increases your knowledge on a certain topic. For example, by studying different articles on physics people can increase their knowledge in the field of technology. Increasing knowledge in the field of physics lets scientists develop innovative ideas. Just as now our scientists have developed cars that run on water causing no pollution at all. Tesla, one of the remarkable companies, claims to be the best in making advanced technology. People have established many ways to access information about space and galaxies. This is all the provision of knowledge. Without it, they wouldn’t be able to get to know them.

Better communication 

You guys must have seen that people with limited or no knowledge are less aware. And they are ignorant most of the time. They argue with people based on their little knowledge. It is said that little knowledge is always dangerous. acquiring knowledge not only opens the door of various areas to people. But it also helps them to get a holistic approach. As knowledge has many areas that lie in the spiritual, moral, and physical aspects. Many things explained in science have a major basis in religious books as well. So we can extract that knowledge through a holistic approach. There are no boundaries of knowledge. Knowledge not only helps you get the best personality but also grooms other aspects of your character. 

Being a better person at communicating with other people is also a result of gaining knowledge. Only people with a vast amount of knowledge can carry and win an argument. To win an argument one should have enough knowledge of what he/she is going to explain to the audience. لیکن  آج  عجیب واقعہ ہوا  ہے۔ آج جب میں دفتر میں داخل ہوا۔ میں ہر  ورک سپیس میں  ہر ایک کو  اجتمائی اس طرح سلام کہا  سلام، نمستے، نمسکرم،۔ ایک خاتون مجھ پر اعتراض کرنے لگیں کہ آپ نمسکارم کیوں کہہ رہے ہیں؟ یہ **نمستے** ہے یا اگر آپ اسے صحیح طریقے سے کر ہیں   اور ہاتھ جوڑیں ۔ ورنہ نا کریں ۔ اگر آپ کچھ سیکھنا چاہتے ہیں۔ صحیح طریقے سے سیکھیں۔ یہ میرے لیے بہت عجیب رویہ تھا ۔

اس وقت مجھے ****نمسکارم اور نمستی کا فرق معلوم  نہیں تھا ۔***

دبئی میں کام کرنے والے زیادہ تر ہندوستانی جنوبی جانب سے ہیں۔ وہ نمسکار یا نمسکارم کہتے ہیں ۔ اور شمالی ہند والے  نمستے کہتے ہیں ۔

نقطہ صحیح  ہے۔ ہر گریٹنگ  کی کوئی نہ کوئی رسم ہوتی ہے جسے کے ہاتھ ملانا یا گلے لگنا ۔ ہم مختلف ثقافت کو نہیں سمجھ سکتے اور ان کی پیروی نہیں کر سکتے۔ جب ہم سمجھ نہیں سکتے تو آپ ان کی اصطلاحات کیوں استعمال کرتے ہیں۔

تو یہ میرے لئے بھی عجیب  تھا۔ا میں صبح سویرے  ہر ایک کو سلام کرنا پسند کرتا ہوں۔ کیونکہ یہ مجھے گھر میں سکھایا گیا ہے ۔ وہ  یہ عادت میں اپنے وطن پاکستان سے لایا  ہوں۔

بعد میں مجھے احساس ہوا کہ “گڈ مارننگ” جیسے الفاظ ہی کافی ہیں۔

 بجائے  اس  کے سلام  کہنا۔ نمستے، نمسکرم یا ست سری کال۔ آپ کو صرف یہ کہنا ہے، صبح بخیر، شب بخیر یا دوپہر کے بعد بخیر۔

لہذا نقطہ یہ ہے کہ جب لوگ مختلف ثقافت سے ہیں تو یا انکی  روایت کو صحیح طریقے سے سیکھیں  یا ۔ دوسری صورت میں صرف عام باتوں پر عمل کریں۔

تو یہ ہے۔ جب آپ ملٹی کلچرل ورک اسپیس میں کام کرتے ہیں۔ صرف صبح بخیر کہیں اس سے زیادہ گیراہی میں جانے کے ضرورت نہی ہے  ہاں تو دوسو کیسی لگی یہ پوڈکاسٹ. کمینٹ دینا  مت  بھولیہ گا   پھر ملتے ہیں کسی  اور ٹوپک کے ساتھ  کسی اور پوڈکاسٹ میں ۔

What are best way to greet in workspace

Salam, Namsastye, Maskaram, Sat Sri Akal or just say good morning

Let me share my own story.

When I used to enter office. I used to say, Hello, Good morning, As salam u alakum. Namaskaram.

But strange event happens. Today, when I entered office. I used to say greeting to every one in such a way. One lady start to object me, why you are saying Namaskaram. It is Namaste or if you do it do it proper way and hands pressed together. Other wise don’t say it. If you want to learn something. Learn in proper way. It is very strange behavior for me.

At that point I did not understand the difference of Namaskaram and Namasty.

Most of Indian working in Dubai are from south side. They used to say Namaskar or Namaskaram. And North India called Namaste.

Point is right possible. Every good morning greeting has some ritual. We can not understand different culture and follow them. Why you use their terms when we can not understand.

So It was socking for me also. So I love to greet every one. Because it was teach me at home to create with every one. That habit I bring from my home country Pakistan.

Later I realize that only words like “Good morning” is more then enough.

Instead to say, Aslam-ul-Akum. Namastay, Namasakram or Sat Sirya kaal. You just need to say, Good morning, Good evening or Good after noon.

So point is when people are from different culture learn their tradition properly. Other wise just follow the common things.

So that is. When you go to multicultural workspace. Only say Good morning. No need to go in depths of efforts.

Everything nowadays is kind of plagiarised like people are really into copying stuff from other creators. however, they don’t know that this copying won’t get them anywhere. This is not legally correct and is also an immoral task to perform. We cannot just copy others’ content and publish them under our names. There are always legal ways to do it. I will just tell you some ways by which you can get inspired by others without even copying them or without any plagiarism. Let us get straight into it. Ask for permission 

There is no wrong in getting inspired by others. But the problem is that you do not have to copy their contents. Because it will do you no good. There are legal and correct ways to perform such tasks. As for youtube, it goes like if you are using some sound then you can use copyright claims so that the other person may not get offended and are given proper credits. For Instagram posts and Facebook posts, the same thing can be done. You can just personally message the original creators and can ask for their consent. Asking for consent formally is a legal way. And yes inspiration from one’s work is proof that they write good content. 

Use multiple resources 

When we use a single source for our work then it gets plagiarised automatically. Because our thoughts become restricted after reading that particular article or novel or anything. We can read a variety of articles to get more knowledge about our specific topic. It not only helps in gaining more ideas but also diversifies our dimensions of thinking. We can initiate new ideas by reading different things. Do not restrict your reading to articles or technology only. Go to social gatherings as well and watch some television shows. All these sources can help you gather ideas. If not help you in getting new ideas they still can flute a new way of thinking in your mind. You can just create new things by using your brain. 

Think outside the box

You can just extract the main idea of the original creator. For example for the artists if you like a painting of a specific artist then you can just squeeze the storyline of it and can use different color palettes to recreate your look. For a makeup artist if the look inspired is a glam look then a makeup artist can do it by changing colors and following the same foundation of the original creator. As for a youtube video content creator if the inspiring topic is a charity then you can go with the same storyline foundation and can build your idea on it. You can just rebuild it by instilling your thoughts and ideas. This is how you can just manage to recreate your ideas without getting any copyright claims.

Everything is a copy of a copy 

This thought goes like that your ideas and thoughts are a combination of whatever you watch daily. You just never realize it. But those ideas are always the result of your designs being built up in the back of your consciousness. Everything you watch on Instagram, Facebook, and any other social media apps emerges as your ideas. Those ideas can contradict somehow due to lots of combinations in your head. But those thoughts and ideas occur as amalgamated ideas. So it is said that everything is a copy of a copy.

 Conclusion 

In concluding my whole discussion I must say that there is no wrong in getting inspired by someone’s work. The problem lies where you start copying it without their consent. It is better to use legal ways to do it. Even if you never have ill intentions to do so. But still, that is not the right way. You can use their foundation as a basic idea and can rebuild your ideas on it. In this way, you can get a creative building of your ideas with the same baseline. That’s all for today’s video. Identify your strength and weaknesses

In my opinion, identifying the problem is the main scenario. When you are unaware of what is going wrong then you will never be able to correct it. It is necessary to recognize the abilities that an individual possesses. For example, every person has his/her strengths and weaknesses. But not everyone is aware of them. Sometimes people come into the wrong profession because they never become able to recognize their true qualities. They always do what others tell them to. They don’t even try to unleash their true skills. If a person identifies that he/she has great leadership qualities. Then he can go for the seat of director in a company. If he has great communication skills then he can apply to some marketing companies. It depends on how proficient you are in your skills and if you are weak in some of your skills like you do not know how to attend social gatherings or else you are unaware of giving a presentation to the company due to lack of confidence. then you can work on them too. You can work on yourself to boost your morale and self-confidence. In this way, your weakness will become your strength as well.

 Ask for feedback

Sometimes it happens that we do not identify our actions as mistakes. Because every individual has their perspectives. Not everyone thinks the same. So it is better to take feedback from the masses so that you can mend your ways. For example, if they think you are unapproachable. Then ask them the reason. Just because you do not have enough communication skills or you are lacking self-confidence.  You can ask people how they feel about your leadership skills. Do they think of you as a better leader? Because few people are leaders, most of them are only. Leaders work with their employees whereas the boss just orders them around. Try improving your ways and constantly ask peeps about them. Because business is with the masses. And you have to deal with them. So you gotta develop your skills to handle them. 

Accept criticisms and suggestions 

While in a workspace employees have to deal with many types of clients. Some of them are impudent and some of them are forgivers. But you have to develop skills and patience to deal with them. Some will write bad about you and some will write well. You have to take this criticism as a positive approach to develop your character. In the beginning, criticism always lets you down. But afterward, you began to take it as positive criticism and start developing your skills. Now the point arises that development is not a problem. But to train them is a bigger task. The best person in the race is one who has the best of best skills in his area. A winner is always the one who has proficiency in his skills. That is why he/she is called a winner because he/she unleashes the true capabilities to win every race.

In concluding the whole discussion I must say that you should focus on improving your weaknesses instead of working over and over on your strengths. Unleashing something novel in your personality can be done by having social gatherings with new people. It can help you expand your network. Overcome Procrastination when task is tough

Procrastination is habit it is not personality trait.

With efforts we can make or break habit.

In this video I am sharing about how I overcome my habit of procrastination when task is tough.

And what strategies we can use to over come delay in tough task.

Disadvantages

Suppose you are working in organization. Boss comes and asked you to do a task which you hate. Or you think it is tough. He did not gives you proper dead line but definitely he has. He already knows you already have a lot of tasks.

When you start task you feel it is bored and tough. You started to delay it.

Your mind starts to give you various reasons. like I have still time. its little tough. I will do tomorrow or I will complete it, over the week end. But when you start working on week end. There is family problems started to appear. Deadline reach it creates pressure on you and result in stress and anxiety. Boss called and when he knows you still need more time. He thinks you are not capable of doing this task. Or you are doing miss communication and as result his trust lost.

Certainly this will result in delay in promotion or salary increase.

When we delay, Things will be pill up. it creates stress and anxiety. Missing dead lines will effect our performance.

here are some tips which I used to implement in my life to over come the habit of Procrastination.

Solution.

Monitor self talk. You know in our life the person we most of time we talk. Yes we talk with ourselves. monitor it. you will similar voice pattern starts to appear in mind “task is a boring”. I will do it tomorrow. More important task are still pending. We can do these task first.

Replace your inner talk with some positive words. I can do that. Currently this is the only important task I need to complete. This task is on high priority. I can do that.

Remind yourself that in past you already completed many tough tasks. This task is nothing as compare to these. This positive self talk help you to start working and slowly slowly tempo will created and you will able to finish the task.

Focus on value. Most of time, When we feel task is tough. Focus on its value. When we are doing some something. We are also producing something else during this process. That is value it give to you. For example couple of months back. A task is assign to me a lot of work in excel. I force fully completed that task. As result I learned Microsoft excel and a lot excel formula. Couple of years back. A task assignment is given to me about documentation. I hate documentation at that time. But when I completed that task My document skill enhanced and I am able to write blog post.

Every task has some hidden learning. That is the value it teaches us. Consider every task has given you something. Focus on that.

Focus with 10 minute rule.

I love 10 minute rule. It tricks our mind to stay focus. When task is tough and mind reminds to do something else. Just think I have to work only for ten minute. the I get rid of this task We force ourselves to focus just for 10 minutes and then I will kick out this task. will do something else. But after 10 minutes completed, just focus only for 10 minutes more. Most of the time starting of any task is tough and over come that resistance. we come in flow.

At that moment, if you still facing of task is tough or boring, Just remind your self, why you start the task. Why you left task in middle of something or half cook.

If still this problem happens. Remind yourself, why you started task. There is no way left task in middle or half cook.

Hello friends, you can understand how to deal with procrastination when task is tough and boring. Procrastination is habit not personality flaw. We have to monitor our self talk and replace the negative talk with positive talk one. We can focus on value or learning we get while completing these tasks. And we can trick our mind that we can do it just for 10 minutes and repeat this 10 minute cycle until task reaches finish point.

The foremost benefit of meditation is that it helps you to reduce the stress levels of your body. In the present era, almost every individual faces stressed conditions. Some people face it due to business matters. Students face it due to the pressure of exams or studies. In short, everyone is surrounded by some tension or stress in their lives. According to science, how this stress mechanism exactly works is that we have adrenal glands just above the kidneys that release stress hormones mainly called cortisol. Some people even develop a stressed belly due to extremely stressed-out conditions. What does meditation do in this scenario? it not only helps you to cool down but also lets you think of another pathway. So that you do not remain in an unpleasant situation. Stress only increases your blood pressure and can cause hypertension. So it is necessary to bring down the levels of cortisol in the body. Meditation should be practiced in every household to remain healthy and fit.

Improves Insomnia

 

Insomnia is a condition where a person is unable to sleep. He cannot sleep due to the increased level of stress hormones in the body. Since increased levels of cortisol can lead to anxiety disorders. It automatically decreases your amount of sleep. It leads you to restlessness, moodiness, irritability, and some other psychological symptoms. An increased level of stress hormones reduces your sleep automatically. A person can sleep only if he is relaxed and in a calm state. By relaxing your body from head to toe you can ease your thoughts and can organize your thoughts. This is the best way to help reduce your tangled thoughts and can prove to be beneficial in relieving insomnia and correcting your sleep cycle. Nowadays it is a common problem among the masses that they cannot fall asleep at night. This sleeplessness is due to anxiety disorders. This can be overcome by practicing meditation on a daily basis. 

Decreased blood pressure 

Meditation not only lessens the anxious conditions but also decreases the high levels of blood pressure that are mainly due to stressful conditions. People with high blood pressure mainly suffer because their blood pressure rises due to increased overthinking. You can say everything in the human body is connected. Our brain has a pituitary gland in it. It mainly controls the metabolism of our body. It also affects the adrenal glands of the body that are responsible for controlling the number of stress hormones.  Increased levels of stress hormones eventually increase blood pressure. In this way, the human body is connected. Hypertensive people in Pakistan are mainly due to the stressed conditions in our country. Meditation controls the flight or fright response of our body that is under the control of the parasympathetic nervous system. Meditation cools down and relaxes the nerves that are responsible for the flight or fright response. 

In the end, I must say we should normalize practicing mediation. Most people think of it as a traditional method and mostly rely on medication. But they should take meditation into account that it is a useful method to reduce stress levels in the body. We should raise awareness among people about this as well.
