ہماری زندگی ہمارے جذبات سے بنتی ہے ، جذبات خیالات کے نتائج ہیں۔ کبھی کبھی ہمارے منفی جذبات  ہمیں تباہ کر دتے ہیں ۔ ان منفی جذبات پر قابو پا کر ہم اپنی  زندگی بہتر کر سکتے ہیں ۔ اپنے رویے کو درست کرنے کے لیے ہمیں جذبات پر  کام کرنا پرے گا  ہوگا۔ سوچ کی اصل وجہ تک پہنچنا ہو گا  جو ان جذبات  کو

پہلے سٹیپ میں ہم کو ریکورگنزئے کرنا پرے گا کے واقع ہی پرابلم ہے .

دوسرے سٹیپ پر ہم کو اککپٹ یا قبول کرنا پرے گا کے ہم کو یا مسلہ ہے جب تک ہم قبول نہی کر لیتے کے مسلہ ہم نے ہی ٹھیک کرنا ہے ہم اپنا تجزیہ نہی کر سکے گئے 

تھرڈ سٹیپ میں اپ کو وجہ تلاش کرنا پرے گی اسہ کیوں ہے ہر بات کی تہے میں بھی ایک بات ہوتی ھے . بچپن میں جانا پرے گا پرنی یادیں یا کچھ برا ہوا اپ کے ساتھ . کوئی برتاؤ یا کچھ ناکامی

Hey, guys hope you are doing great. Welcome back to our Consultant Mindset.  Just as we get diseases like flu, cough, and fever, we can also have some mental illnesses. These cognitive issues are those that are never taken into account. We do not consider them a disease. In fact, the literal meaning of disease tells us the feeling of being in an uncomfortable situation. If you are feeling bizarre, anxious, or agitated then you should pay attention to such feelings as well. We only pay attention to infectious diseases. Psychological issues are something that should be treated as well. Many suicide cases are happening these days due to mental health issues. I will state some reasons why people encounter mental health issues and their solutions in this video. Let us get straight into this video without wasting much time. Causes of mental health issues 

  • Childhood trauma or abuse

According to science, there is some genetic basis for mental problems as well. For example, the mental disorder schizophrenia is most likely to be passed on to the next generation because it has a genetic basis. Other psychological disorders like autism, bipolar disorders and depression run in the family as well. Diseases with a genetic basis can never be cured 100% but they can be managed with proper treatments and prevention. Mental health issues can arise from various traumas and incidents in life. Consider a kid facing traumatic incidents in childhood like parental abuse or bullying in school. These traumas will continue to grow with him/her till he/she gets old enough to overcome them.  Even if they overcome such traumas a piece of them becomes part of their brain and can never be unremembered.

Bereavement 

It is something that can arise from losing loved ones in your life. It is the deprivation of your beloved and precious people. People who tend to lose their loved ones unexpectedly or unexpectedly in their lives can have major impacts on their mental states. Just as consider an example in 2016 a native school in Pakistan became under terrorist attack. And many youngsters were martyred in that incident. That incident left long-lasting damage to their parents’ brains. Their children left for education but they never came back. This will become a trauma for other parents as well eventually. Traumas lead to depression, agitation, and anxiety.

Homelessness or unemployment 

Poverty is something that can turn your life upside down. Homelessness can cause you to worry more about your lifestyle issues. Hazrat Ali (A.S) “if poverty were a man; I would’ve slain him”. Homelessness and unemployment are related to each other. Unemployment results in poverty and stressed-out conditions. Consider if you are living on rent and suddenly you get fired from employment. Now you have no source of income. How are you going to overcome this problem? Employment is not something that would be given to you in no time. You have to strive for it. Constant worries about these situations lead to psychological issues. And our psychology is related to our physical health as well.

Solutions to mental issues

As I mentioned earlier, mental disorders that have a genetic basis and run in families cannot be treated. But their symptoms can be managed by proper steps.

  • Look after your physical health 

Our brain and body are connected. Our body works in coordination. There are proper signaling pathways in the body that are being done by the glands and hormone production. Such as whenever you are happy the happy hormone called oxytocin is produced. Whenever you are stressed out, stress hormone adrenaline is produced. It concludes how well our body is coordinated in its actions. It is essential to take care of your physical health so that you remain mentally healthy. Getting enough sleep prevents you from mood swings. Eating healthy food instead of junk helps the release of happy chemicals in the body. 

  • Nourish your social life

Try to stay connected with your peers and family. It will help you engage your thoughts. It helps in feeling confident about yourself. Boosting morale and self-esteem is also a major step in lifting your anxious thoughts. Connection with peers helps you in a way that you feel protected by their support. You do not feel lonely and stressed out. You always think that they got their back so there is nothing to worry about.

  • Medications and therapies

According to doctors many medications and therapies are available that can help you in overcoming mental disorders. Therapies like CBT(cognitive behavioural therapy) help you in dealing with behavioural problems. Antidepressant pills and many stress-reducing pills are recommended by psychiatrists to control mental health issues.

 In the end, I must say we should not overlook mental disorders by considering them just mood swings. Mental issues are a hot topic these days leading to suicidal thoughts and mental lacerations. We should consult therapists and psychiatrists for their treatment. Early signs should be taken into consideration and should get treated properly. That’s all for today’s video. Every failure is missing opportunity

I was sitting with my friend, he talks about how he fired from his first job. When his father knows this. he celebrated this event. Because, he know, it big event in his son life. Work smart not hard 

This world is a constantly evolving place. In the primitive eras, we used to do hard work but now in today’s era people have adopted smart work. They have established certain ways to accomplish their goals in a short amount of time. We used to do a lot of hard work for specific tasks. Those tasks used to consume a lot of time. We revolutionized our ways and adopted a habit of doing smart work. Due to smart work, we are not only capable of doing many tasks in a small amount of time but we have achieved efficiency and proficiency in the tasks being done. when we overwork ourselves we cannot maintain a certain efficiency level of our bodies. Even the machine needs a restart to work stably. Humans are required to rest a bit as well to freshen up their minds and cells. It’s not that every cell of the body should be overworked and squeezed until its limit is reached. We can just keep on going with the same energy and efficiency levels to keep our things done in a short era of time. That is called smart work instead of hard work. 

Plan ahead

Time is infinite but our time on earth is limited. So we have to use it wisely so we can perform better in a short time. We do not know our life spans. We don’t know how long we are going to live in this temporary world. So we should take this fact into account and should perform good deeds instantly. Planning lets you keep organized and managed. By planning everything you can save a lot of time. And that saved time can be used to do many more important things. For example, if we compare that a certain group organizes an event in the college. And nothing is planned. So it will automatically require great time to make things done in time. And it can create hustle and stress at the event as well. So it is thought to plan everything so that at the time of the event, everything goes smoothly with concise time. Planning tasks beforehand means you are preparing for every obstacle and hindrance that can get in your way to delay your task. It goes like this when a human embryo is developing all of its developmental steps are already destined. They do not have to wait and think about which step comes up next.

Limit distractions 

Things like mobile phones and social media, television can create hindrances and can delay your task. You should limit their use whenever you are working on your project. It is necessary to keep yourself focused and concentrated. Because whenever you are not focused and your attention is always revolving around the surroundings. You can’t get your task done in time. it will always keep ruining your activity. Try to limit the use of mobile phones. By switching it off. You can evade yourself from constantly popping notifications on social media applications. Distractions are something that not only reduces your efficiency in doing a task but also require you a lot of time to do it. That means a 5 hours task can take 10 or more hours. Limiting distractions will make you jump into the zone. And the person in the zone becomes highly proficient and efficient. That means a 5-hour task can be done in 2.5 hours. By this, you can value your time precisely and efficiently. 

In concluding my whole argument I must say some people focus on doing hard work and even disrupt their sleep for it. However, this is the most false conception. Sleep is as necessary as food. Sleep is important as it keeps you going on. Learn to say no. Because you are capable of anything but you cannot do everything. Strive for the opportunities that have potential. Focus on positives 

For mental peace, you have to think positively all the time. As it says that positive energy attracts positivity. So you gotta be doing it to ensure your mental health is fine and working. In today’s world, we face criticism on so many things. Some people are being criticized for their skin color, some are being criticized for their body shapes and whatnot. It is a kind of bullying. But if you continue to think about those negative comments. You are not going to get anywhere in life. In fact, in these cases, a person should pity those critics. Such critics want to become higher by showing you low. Do not stick to things. Like if someone did bad to you then you start to plan about taking revenge for it. This is a sort of parasite that eats your own body. It does not harm anyone else but it harms the person itself. Let go of things not because you are weak. Let go of them just because of your internal peace. We have many important tasks in this world apart from holding grudges against people. Always think about good things. You radiate what you absorb. Try to see the bright side of everything. If you incline yourself towards a darker side you are always going to end up in depression. So try to think about all the good things that happened to you or that are going to happen to you. Just hope for the best.

Acceptance 

Acceptance is one of the greatest tools in controlling your emotions and internal peace. Whenever something bad happens to us sometimes we cannot force ourselves to accept that specific situation. Everything requires time. We can mourn in our saddest moments but we cannot bring back what we lose. It is just the same if you lose a person you love the most in your life. It is hard to move on from that specific person. You miss him/her but you know that whatever you do they are not going to come back to you. At that point when you crave them, you feel helpless and powerless. Not being able to do something for your loved one smashes the chest. At this point, you should realize that there is no other way than to accept that he/she is gone now. you should realize that there is nothing that you can do now against the will of the Supreme Lord. Everyone has to go someday. You should think about the possible positive scenarios that he/she must be in the best place. Just accept what already happened to you. Accept your vulnerable side. It will give you internal peace and calmness of heart. You will be a lot better after this acceptance. Be at ease and calm your heart masses. 

Spend alone sometimes 

Every human being needs some space to get themselves together. Being around lots of people can be destructive and chaotic sometimes. It ruins your mental peace. For example, if you go to college and you have a group of friends. Those friends keep gossiping to you about other people. And the most difficult part is whether you like that gossip or not. You gotta be bearing it. Cause you can not say anything as they are your friends. After this time you gotta spend some time alone to work on yourself. Working alone can help you do even better. It increases your tolerance and patience level. So just space yourself out and think about yourself for some time. Work on your mental state. For better mental health it is necessary to spend some time solely. Take a vacation or holiday alone on some hill station. It will help you regain and refill your energy. Instead of worrying about specific things, consider parting yourself for some time. So you can be at peace
