Rumi said that, What you seek is seeking you.

Initially I was not believing on this idea. We daily making different choices that results in different way.

Same things happens to others people life. They interpret things according to their point of view.

for example yesterday, we colleague sitting development hall of office. in five minute break, some one try to share his three months experience of diet plan which helps him to lose waight. All ignored, but I was seeking something so I can lose my weight too.

I catch up him, and asked him about his experience. He shared me his experience and then his experience.

I was sitting in bus, It was normal, desi bus, some one hocker raised voice of there is solution of black magic meet and consultant some abmil baba. No body bother him, but one guy raised his hand, and pick the paper.

It said that, when you are in problem and you can not discuss your problem with any one. Just start to listen people. Don’t discuss. just listen. You will find your answer, during their discussion. They are not talking to you. Possible two reason for that. first most of human problem of same nature. Second, your mind intentionally seeking the problem and you will catch your solution from discussion.

Always in search of your answer. Some where one one has your answer.

What is toughest time ever on consultant or programmer. You know that, yes if not then listen to me. It is the time when project is over. You come back to organization and sit on bunch.

Management think a lot of projects will come and they can adjust you some where. You were apple of management eye. now just another expense. They want to adjust you some where. But possible they can not. The reason behind that every body was busy in their own survival. and they will not give you space

I face this situation many times. Here are some tips, which I learned from my experience.

Best way to be patient. and prepare yourself. Patient does not mean, you have to bear, you have to prepare yourself that next time this situation never occur.

If you read the 7 habits of highly effective people, its 7th habit is “Sharpen your Saw.” In simple word, some one asked to one wise man, if you have cut the tree with saw. How you cut. He told that I would sharp the saw 70 percent of time and Cut it in 30 percent of time.

Means, learn new things, build new skills. Improve your strength. new trends comes explore these.

Did you listen the famous story mansion by Jim Rohan. Let me share you. Suppose you stand in fog. and nothing visible. Only thing visible is just one step a head. What should you do. You have to take one step. Now you can see one more step a head. Take that. Taking one step after another certainly it will lead you in bright place.

It is really tough situation, but what ever task assign to you, do it with full focus. Put your 100 percent in it.

Never consider anything smaller or bigger. What ever you got just do it.

You have to work on your ego. Ego is the biggest enemy I ever face.

Remember what I learned that seniority is like a rubber band. How long you stretch it. It goes extend at certain level. But when you release its one end it comes back to same position. Once we we rock star, now we are at rock bottom.

It is necessary, to work on your ego. Possible Ego is reason, which did not let grab many opportunities

Any how it is part of game, keep moving, keep improving.

Last year, I got task, I spent more then 10 days time I got as deadline. I tried to learn how things suppose to do as per technology documentation., but my study did not completed, and time passed, then finally I complete the task with putting my efforts by my own way. and complete the task.

But delayed task never be considered to top management.

Now I am wise. I got again a new task, which I never did before. Interesting I got week end. So what I will tomorrow do, just start, and finish the task. Some how I will manage the form and then its transaction. And show the client. Over the week end, I will finished what need to complete.

I will complete my poc. So complete things end to end.

This method called prototyping. Beware, when some time client see almost completed thing, He start to think it is already completed. why you need more time.

So Use it wisely.

I was blogger, I got MVP due to my blogs in one of Microsoft Technology.

I used to write, what I learn, what problems I faced and what I learned from them. That I was good experience. Then I start to think about money. And later all my contribution gone.

Now I am starting again. Now I want to write something non technical. Profession has great impact of person thoughts. So most of things comes out is coming from my profession.

I read the idea of Document not create from MR. Gary Van. I love is style. frame and straight forward. The punk style speaking. Feel more natural then other.

That’s true most of time we are not creative. Even not every one be creative. I found even ancient writings which we consider as master piece, were also had inspiration from others writings or folk lore’s.

Those days when I wrote technical blog to maintain MVP award. I used to documentation. A lot of people criticized me that that is already available on internet, you have to create some addition. Why you repeat something’s. In my reply, that is my log. My digital dairy. what I faced, where I found solution.

So I am starting again documentation. What changes I am facing, what were solution in life. And what lesson I learned. I sued to write daily log. and pic some idea from there and start writing there.

You will find a lot of grammar mistakes. miss spell but I am keep going.

Remember my friend, Journey of thousands mile starts with single step. And good writing comes out from bad writings. Bad and good both comes from daily writings. And if you think you are not creative, just document it. It is good content creation strategy.

I want to write something daily bases. I want to be blogger. Blog on hope, love and prosperity.

Life is really tough. Alone in foreign land, we spent our hours in working. Saving and sacrifice.

During these alone ours. What a alone man can write. I come from office and start working again to fix a issue.

I found a interesting quote,

I think it is attribute to John Spencer.

But as per my experience, this quote has some solid roots.

Many times, we lie to impress others. Many times we lie because we want attention. We lie because if we speaks truth no body will impress. . So we speaks what want to hear. Some people have mesmerizing skills, they create impression. And in those matters we share a lot of lie. But reality is

We make fool people for short period of time.

I remember, a old peer back my University times. He used to said, without fraud, nothing happens. For example, if you have 70 percent you have to show 100 percent. If you are weak, you have

pretend strong. If you are poor, you have to pretend rich.

As senior consultant, sometimes we know nothing about the issue we face. But when management asked us we told them, we already know that and we experience we handle things. during odd hours we are learning those things. Some times situation is not in our control. And we are trying to handle the situation and trying to figure out what is problem. if we speak truth at that time, management will panic. Some places little lie also works.

If we speaks lies continually, it becomes our reality.

I saw many people, who wore very expensive cloths, Very decorated home. But with empty pocket.

then other side I saw a few people, wore cheap cloths, but huge savings.

We should clear picture of ourself. And then ever lie to yourself.

I heard one proverb, for lying, you must have strong memory.

But what about truth about others. Suppose some one comes and ask about MR X. And you know a lot about him.

I think best strategy is avoid the situation. I saw many truth speakers were in trouble. So avoid to it.

No need to speak unnecessary truth. You know the truth. Everybody knows the truth. Try to avoid it, use diplomatic way.

There is Punjabi quote. “ik chup soh sukh”. Means one silent saves you from 100 times on unnecessary trouble.

But always look inside. never lie to yourself. Never lie in your dealing. Some times I saw liar looks very attractive, how he make fool of others. But after some his lie come back. Then he is victims.

No body trust them.

If you want to write, write daily. Write on any topic. I tried to write, but poor grammar, misspell.

Recently I have to work with two young girls. They provide me very youtube video scripts.

amazingly good. They wrote, simple but difficult words and grammatically correct articles. So I bring their help to write content for my youtube channel.

But I did not let them instruct what to write as my daily log. So I start writing.

I dont know MR Mark twin. But some times his quotes are amazingly good. He onces said “ Key to getting a head is getting started”. So if I want to write, I have to just start writing.

And make it my habit.

I am great fan of Seth Godin. I follow his blog. he daily write something on his blog.
